Description of the Playas del Coco vacation apartment rental

Perfect for retirement or vacation studio apartment completely remodeled in 2007, fully equipped with everything you need to live full time.
2 blocks to beach(Pacific ocean). 1 block to convenience store & restaurant.1/2 mile from downtown Coco Laundry room facility included. Cable TV & high speed Internet included.
2 swimming pools. Central Air + screens on all windows.
Rent includes all utilities except for electric for long term
tenants(longer than 3 months).33m2(350sf) in size comparable
to average hotel room. Great for single or a couple. Studio
has fully furnished kitchen area with table, 4 chairs, futon
for occasional guest. Sleeping area has queen size bed,2 night stands,6 drawer chest, wardrobe.

RATES AS FOLLOW:
HIGH SEASON RATES(DECEMBER-APRIL):$60 a day(3 days min), $350 a week,$700 a month,2 months $650 a month-all utilities included.3-5 months $550+electric.
OVER 6 MONTHS RATES ARE $450+electric.
LOW SEASON RATES(MAY-NOVEMBER)-20% discount from high season rates.

Studio is located in Las Palmas in newer community(just few years old). Located in close proximity to ocean(2 blocks)and
main street in Coco that has many restaurants,3 super markets
bus stops and other tourists related attractions. Playas del
Coco is located 20 minutes from international airport in
Liberia, and about 4 hours drive from country capitol-San Jose
in northwest part of Costa Rica in Guanacaste province.
Within short drive there are national parks, surfing options
and tons of other activities & attractions.

Excatly what I was looking for, September 23, 2009

I stayed in Coco during August of 2009 and spent the whole time at the Massey condos. I had one of the studio apartments and it was exactly as the pictures look and everything went smoothly and easily. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The complex is very convenient to both the beach and the town and there's a nice Italian restaurant right next door. The pool is nice and cared for well and there's a laundry room as well which was great. TV, Internet, AC, fully furnished, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks!

A Beautiful Way to Live, July 24, 2009

Living in the Massey Condo is a easy and relaxing experience. The bldg, apts, pool, and lush landscaping are meticulously cared for and professionaly maintained. I am a single retired gentleman from NYC, USA, I've lived at the massey condo since March 2009, I have a year lease, and I'm thinking of retiring here. I am still amazed at how solid and beautiful the furniture is, all the beautiful pictures, mirrors, and wall flower arrangements that gives the apt that "homey" touch. I am really impressed with the all tiled, beautifully designed, modern bathroom, with mirrored wood cabinet, and large shower area. And the free laundry and all the ammenities that are included with the rent is great. The property manager is frendly and easily accessable, and will cater to your every concern. I can walk to the town and to the beach, what a beautiful way to live! Les DeCarava

Small Slice of Coco Beach Paradise, July 21, 2009

My husband and I had the opportunity to live in the Massey apartments for 6 months. During our stay, we made many life long friends from the other guests. Our landlord and property managers were excellent to work with and we never waited for more than a few hours to have any problems resolved. The apartments are small, but the furniture is nice and everything is very well kept. Everything we needed to live comfortably was found inside, including things such as; a toaster, oven, blender, microwave, pots & pans, cups, plates, etc. Most of the time we had the entire pool to ourselves. The apartments are very private and quiet. Overall our experience with Massey was fabulous and we would recommend staying there to anyone.
