SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Built in 2004, this two-level house offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It also features a spacious kitchen with dining area and living room. Master bedroom and a living room overlook a pool with barbecue area. There is a partial ocean view from the master bedroom window and a balcony. Huge French windows, is a promise that the beauty outside will forever remain in your memory. Ceramic tile floors unobtrusively harmonize with the construction details throughout the house. Soft lighting was elaborated to enhance the decorative elements, giving a soft but efficient light to all rooms. Just over two hundred yards from the Coco beach and Jet Ski hire station. A little over 300 yards from the very cozy Italian restaurant Dolce Vita and grocery shop. Within walking distance form the centre of Coco fishing village with its restaurants, bars and casinos.

Playas del Coco is easy to access. From Liberia, take the paved route Sardinal-Playas del Coco, a distance of 35 kms. Playa del Coco has quite an infrastructure: Many Hotels, Casino, Discos and Restaurants and places to shop. This is the most accessible and frequently visited beach in Guanacaste Province. The scenery consists of the horseshoe-shaped Coco Bay and steep hills and cliffs. It is a good place to have fun but not to rest. The main attractions are the tourist facilities and hotels and the sun, which shines longer and more brightly here than anywhere else in Costa Rica. In this regard it is worth mentioning, that 16th of April and 28th of August are days when there is the greatest concentration of solar energy per area-unit. It is therefore unwise to sunbath near high noon (11-12). In a Country like Costa Rica, due to the angle of the sun over the horizon, it is best to sunbathe in the morning (8:30-10:00) or in the afternoon (2:00-5:30)

Las Palmas Development is just under one km from Playas Del Coco - Costa Rica's oldest fishing village and the area's central hub.

A growing, international ex-patriot community resides alongside long-established Costa Rican families. Moored to the left of its three-kilometre-long beach are Coco's traditional commercial fishing boats; to the right, a fleet of boats geared to the tourism trade. And in town, old-time sodas and beers coexist with high-speed Internet cafes. Coco beach itself is best for sunbathing, swimming, people watching and a little exploring: at low tide, you can walk over the rocks at the left end of the beach to reach the secluded, white sand beach of Playa Blanca. At the end of the day, Coco offers more than dining in the way of nightlife. Its bars and restaurants offer opportunities for dancing, pool playing, casino gambling and even karaoke.

This is a very popular tourist area with lots of different activities like sport fishing, snorkelling, scuba-diving, hiking, rafting. Famous Arenal Volcano (active) is only 2 hours drive.

National parks are within 1-2 hours drive. There you can enjoy different types of activities like bird watching, canopy tours, ATVS rides, hot springs etc.
