Updated bath and kitchen with dishwasher. Deck off back of cottage for relaxing or cookouts. Large sized yard. Parking area for several cars.
Area Description
The cottage is situated in the heart of Pocasset Village, close to churches, post office, restaurants, hardware store, and small variety and sundries. Within short drive of Pocasset Golf Course. Twenty minutes drive to Falmouth center with its picturesque harbor, many sights and warm water beaches as well as Main Street shopping. Connections to Woods Hole and connects with ferries to Martha's Vineyard. Fifteen minutes drive to Mashpee Commons, an area of boutique shopping, fine restaurants and movies. Close to Route 151 where there are several golf courses.
Entrance to Cape Cod Canal is visible from ther beach
Cottage is fifteen minutes over the Bourne Bridge.
