Fantastic Time on the cape

We loved this house and the location. We were two families (11 people) and the house easily accommodated us. There was a ton of stuff for the kids to do with the pool table and video games. Some great views from the decks and a short walk to a nice quiet beach. We made several day trips to other beaches that were easily accessible from this great house. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family location - thanks Maureen!

great stay with grandchildren

We stayed here last week with our 6 grandchildren under the age of 10. It was the perfect location, All of us were very impressed from the moment we walked in until the moment we had to leave. The children in the area as well as the swimming area close by kept the children busy and happy. In July we had taken the same 6 camping-this house is the way to go. Everything is here, we kept finding more items that were in the house for our use to make life easier for us. We even left a new boogie board for the next occupants. The kids already want to go back as soon as possible

Annual family get together

We have not been to the Cape since 1998. This was a graduation gift for my only grandson/family vacation. I randomly came across this property, and by the discription I knew that this was the one. It's a Lovely home, spacious, quiet neighborhood, morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. I love the ocean & I was in heaven. It's 100 yds from the beach, what better than that. The home's theme is nautical & I collect lighthouses, so I was right at home. I believe it now, the only thing to bring is your food. Everything you need it there provided for you. My family got a charge showering in the outdoor shower. We were there for 7 wonderful days, the weather for the first 2 days was rain on and off, but last 5 were wonderful. I was so inspired by the nautical theme that I came home, painted my craft room, and converted the craft room into a nautical room. What was better yet, was our discovering that right down the road is Wings Neck Light. I went at 6 am all by myself while the family slept and took pictures. It's a keeper.

Relaxation and Beauty at same time

Simply a beautiful, spacious, relaxing home to enjoy with your entire family. There were 9 of us and we were never in each other's way. Not far from boat ride to whale watch or to Martha's Vineyard which were 2 of our favorite excursions. Private beach was great and neighbors were very friendly. Even though we had one day of rain, between the pool table and electronic game there was always plenty to do! Our new grandchild loved crawling all over the beautiful carpeting and we never had to worry since everything was spotless!!! Thank you for making it a family vacation we will always remember.

Wonderful home!

Our family of 6 stayed at this beautiful home last year. It far exceeded our expectations. The living and kitchen are on the second floor, and the bedrooms are on the first floor. This design provided absolutely beautiful views from the kitchen and living rooms areas. There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out. The decks on this house are amazing. Even the neighbors were wonderful. This was truly one of our favorite vacations.

House exceeded all of our expectations. Spent the weekend with friends and had a wonderful time even during the rain. House was equipped with everything and was so.........clean. Loved sitting on the deck looking at the ocean and playing pool. Already making plans for this to be a yearly get together.

Very well set up house, meeting all expectations. I met the owner personally when paying the deposit and was confident that the place would be in good shape. She has only rented the house out since late 2009 and previously it was lived in by just the original builder.

We had a great stay at a beautiful home. Very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The views were wonderful and the beach was great. So nice to only have to bring our food and clothes. Thanks!!!!!!!
