Basement bedroom with a foton full. Sleeps 10+ with loft sleeper sofa. Basement entertaining area now complete with big screen TV, wrap around couches, and a dry bar. Central air in summer

. House is located in Locust Lake Village Rt 940 in Pocono Lake PA 10 min from Jack Frost ski area, 20 min from 'The Crossings Outlets and Camel Beach, 15 min from Mt. Airy Slot Casinos. wireless Internet


Locust Lake Village: Partially gated community is about 75% vacation renters. Village has several lakes that are stocked with trout. Lake also has bass and northern pike along with many pan fish.
Owner will provide access to a canoe stored at the lake.
Lakes have life guarded swimming area with sandy beaches. Bottom of swimming area is also sandy. Safe swimming area for young children. Floating dock for sunbathing. Full bathroom facilities and snack bar that provides drinks and snacks including hot dogs, pizza, nachos, ice cream shaded picnic area with tables and charcoal grills. Horseshoe pits and shuffleboard also available.
Village also has lit tennis and basketball courts.
Winter activities include ice fishing, lit tubing hill, lit skating pond, ski hill with T-bar lift; Ski chalet has wireless internet and bigscreen TV. all open weather dependant.
To use amenities village requires guests older then 5 yrs. to purchase guest badges. Cost is $6 per day or $30 per week/per person.
