Get away from the hustle and bustle and into a quiet, peaceful property located in a secure gated community in the Pocono's - Arrowhead Lakes. Kick back and relax in this 3 bedroom home ,cable TVs, vcr, dvd player , large assortment of board games and cards . some outdoor sporting goods , charcoal grill ,nice deck from front of house down the side . Enjoy the loaded kitchen with a nice family dinner , looking out the windows and doors at the many turkey and white tailed deer that walk threw the yards.
There is room in upstairs bedroom for air mattresses and or a pack and play in bedroom upstairs or in living room .

Winter:Dec 01-Mar 31 Summer:Jun 15-Sep 15 Off Season:Apr 01-Jun 14 & Sep16-Nov 30.
Security Deposit $250 for one wk or less, $450 for rentals over one wk.
Sec Dep refunded within 30 days after check-out less damages.Cleaning fee $65.

Discounts for repeat customers. Refer a friend to stay and receive $75.00 discount on your next visit.
Payments: Cashiers's Check, Money Order, Renters supply their own sheets/linens/towels/paper products/soap and personal hygiene supplies/charcoal for grill.

Weeks run Friday-Friday. Weekends are 2 nights 3 days.
Arrowhead Lake community requires renters (over the age of 6), to purchase amenity badges during the summer season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) for use of pools, fishing, beaches, lakes and clubhouse.

Weekly badges are $25/person and daily $7.50, gate pass must be purchased for $25/vehicle in order to access secured community gates, these fees are paid directly to Arrowhead Lake Community, arrangements can be made to include these payments to be included in addition to the rental fees

Gambling Casino approx. 25 minutes away, over 1000 slots and Horse Racing, Pocono Raceway NASCAR (approx. 15 minutes away , Big Boulder and Jack Frost are about 20 driving minutes away and 25 minutes to Camelback, Community Club House that offers different events all year round for all ages, several picnic areas with picnic tables and charcoal grills throughout the community. Home is approximately .5 miles walk or drive to beach, 8 playgrounds and 2 (lighted at night) basketball courts. Community is secure and gated with own 24 hour security staff, White-tailed deer and Turkeys are frequently encountered while driving the wooded roads. 2 Stocked lakes for swimming, boating and or fishing (license required),lifeguards, three outdoor pools(2 heated) and (5) sandy beaches, boats can be rented at the beaches,the lake contains large and small mouth bass, pickerel, perch and sunfish, in winter, the lake is open for ice skating (conditions permitting and at your own risk).
