The lower level features cathedral ceilings, and an open floor plan. The kitchen breakfast bar seats 4 and the dining table easily extends to seat 10-12 comfortably. The living area is complete with a gas fireplace!
The "master bedroom" is located on the first floor and is attached to a full bath(which is also connected to the living area). It has a queen size bed, a cable tv with digital box, and vsmile video system, and a dvd player.
The second bedroom is located upstairs, it has two twin beds.
The third bedroom, located upstairs, has a full size bed.
The fourth bedroom, located upstairs, has a queen size bed.
The loft has a full-size futon couch, a cable tv, vcr, dvd player, and sega genesis video system.
In the living are is a cable tv with digital box, vcr, and playstation 2, which also plays dvds.
There are also 2 pack and play cribs.
This property can sleep 10 adults and 2 babies/infants comfortably (the pack and plays can fit in any of the bedrooms nicely.
Please note you must be 25 years of age to rent this vacation home.
Some pets may be allowed, not all are, and there will be an additional $50 fee, please ask for details.

The Bathroom Downstairs Was Dirty With A Large Black Hairball In The Tub, The Handle To Flush The Toilet Was Stripped And We Had To Take The Lid Off To Flush. Mixed Signals On The Rental Agreement About Linens. First It Said "no Linens" Then Talked About A Linen Fee. Very Confusing! The Information Supplied To The Clubhouse Re: Our Check-in And Check-out Times Were Wrong And They Gave Us A Pretty Hard Time About It. The Beds Were So Hard We Might As Well Have Slept On The Floor. It Was A Very Unpleasant 2 Days. Would Never Rent There Again.

This house was a home away from home. It was cozy and provided plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is well kept and was clean when we arrived. It is located about 15 minutes from big boulder and jack frost, the ride is simple. Overall, the house is great and the owner is extremely nice. I will definitly recommend the house to friends, and hope I can go back soon!

Cozy home in a gated community... The cabin was clean but most surprisingly stocked with everything from candles to sugar/tea/coffee. The rooms are a little outdated and could use an upgrade but other then that we all had a good time and enjoyed our stay at this cozy home.

We just returned home from our three day stay and all I can say this was a great New Year vacation! The house is in a great location, very clean and nice. Fireplace brings warm and cozy atmosphere to the house. We had 8 adults and 4 children and we all had a great time! The house kept everyone busy with the games for kids and for adults and TV was a great addition. It snowed on Wednesday which made the whole trip worth while! We went tubing at Camelback and had fun at the community playground. Great vacation!
