Description of the Pocono Lake vacation home rental

Get away from the stress of the city and spend some time in our cozy rancher. Our house sites on a quiet street in the lovely gated community of Arrowhead Lake in Pocono Lake Pennsylvania.

Fully furnished with a wood burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and can accomodate up to 9 people. Our house includes cable TV with VCR/DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, outside deck, with furniture, gas grill and a 5 person Hot Tub.

For our smallest guests we have a portable crib and highchair available.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and TV/DVD with cable.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed.

Third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed.

In addition we have a queen size inflatable mattress.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils as well as many extras you might use for cooking. Two sliding glass doors take you to a wood deck with a gas grill, table/chairs and the entrance into the hot tub for your relaxation.

We ask that you bring your own linens and towels.

Must be 25 and older to rent.

Pets allowed. Smoking is permitted outside only.

Arrowhead Lake is a gated community that includes a Clubhouse for year round social activities, two lakes, five beaches, and three pools. The community has many other activities such as fishing, boating, basketball and tennis.

The Arrowhead Lake Community requires badges to be worn at all times when participating in any event sponsored by the community or using any of the facilities. This applies to the lakes, beaches, pools, picinic area, etc.

Arrowhead Lake is located only minutes from Camelback, Big Boulder and Jack Frost Mountains.

If you enjoy shopping, we are 20 minutes from the Crossing Outlets which has over 100 stores. In addition, the local activities inclue flee markets, horse back riding, mountain bike riding, antiquing, fishing and golf. We are also minutes from the Pocono Raceway.

Best of all is the peace and quiet of Mountain living. Reading a book by the fire,sitting on the deck watching the wildlife or gazing at the stars. It's a place where there is something for everyone all year long.

There are many restrauants around the Pocono Lake area. We are near the new H20 Water Park in the Split Rock resort as well as Camelback Water Park.

• Deposits: A security deposit of $250.00 is required. If you are bringing your four legged family member, then an additional pet deposit of $200.00 is required. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee. We reserve the right to charge extra for any Holiday rental fee.
   
• Other Fees: Arrowhead Lake Fees: $25 per car gate pass fee Amenity badges: $7.50 per day per person over 6 years of age (Required between Memorial day - Labor day) Weekly rates are $25.00 per person All fees are collected prior to arrival.

Very Nice, House was clean and had everything needed. Dear came out to see us every night, Spa was great too! Excellent location short drives to everything. Thanks Jeannie & Len we had a great time!

Me and my family had a great time! Would recommend as a very nice and calm place. The house was very comfortable and clean and it has everything necessary to have a great time inside and out. Compare to other houses in the area is very affordable and accept dogs which is a plus for people with dogs, mine enjoyed the house, sorroundings and lake. The owners were very friendly and cared for us. Definetely A++++!!!
