Description of the Pocono Lake vacation home rental

3 Bedroom 2 bath country home with woodburning firplace, screen room and deck. 1 queen size bed downstairs,sofa bed in livingroom, 2 full size beds in each bedroom upstairs. Get away from the stress of the city and spend some time in our cozy saltbox with vaulted ceilings. Our house sites on a quiet street in the lovely gated community of Arrowhead Lake in Pocono Lake Pennsylvania.

Fully furnished with a wood burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and can accomodate up to 8 people. Our house includes cable TV with/DVD, dishwasher, outside deck, with furniture, charcoal grill. Foosball table with 10 games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils as well as many extras you might use for cooking. Two sliding glass doors take you to a screen room with patio furniture, charcoal grill, table/chairs

We ask that you bring your own linens and towels.

Must be 25 and older to rent.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Area Information

House is located in pristine Arrowhead lakes nestled in the woods 5 minutes from route 940. Arrowhead has two lakes with beaches, three swimming pools and year round events. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Mount Airy Casino, Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski slopes. Also 15 minutes from Split Rock Resort which features an indoor waterpark and on the grounds a host of fine restaurants. There is also a year round flea market 10 minutes down the road in the town of Blakelee. (remember other people's junk is your treasure).

Arrowhead Lake is a gated community that includes a Clubhouse for year round social activities, two lakes, five beaches, and three pools. The community has many other activities such as fishing, boating, basketball and tennis. The community just added row boat rentals for the lake, fishing pole rentals and bike rentals.

The Arrowhead Lake Community requires badges to be worn at all times when participating in any event sponsored by the community or using any of the facilities. This applies to the lakes, beaches, pools, picinic area, etc.

Arrowhead Lake is located only minutes from Camelback, Big Boulder and Jack Frost Mountains.

If you enjoy shopping, we are 20 minutes from the Crossing Outlets which has over 100 stores. In addition, the local activities inclue flee markets, horse back riding, mountain bike riding, antiquing, fishing and golf. We are also minutes from the Pocono Raceway.

Best of all is the peace and quiet of Mountain living. Reading a book by the fire,sitting on the deck watching the wildlife or gazing at the stars. It's a place where there is something for everyone all year long.
