2 story Townhouse, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 7, pet friendly.
Short walk to Ocean Beach and leash free “Dogs Beach”, restaurants and shopping.
Patios have 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, includes fantastic view of Sea World fireworks at night.
Fully furnished, including clean towels, linens, cooking utensils.
Carpet, tile and wood floors. Heater and natural cooling from the Pacific Ocean.

Master suite encompasses entire top floor, with in-suite private bathroom, patio and TV. (Beds include 1 full and 1 twin bunk beds)

Second Bedroom on main floor includes TV, full sized bed and bathroom, with access to lower balcony.

Living area, dining room and kitchen are on mail living floor with access to balcony, TV, DVD, radio, Wii game console, cable, and wireless internet are included.

Highly recommend.

The owner is great, the house is great, great location. Shops nearby, ocean nearby, little coffee bar on the corner. The only caveat was the Internet- we had 3 iPhones, two laptops, and two tablets, but none could stay connected. It was also slow when connected. Good thing we had 3G. If you can't survive without good Internet, then this isn't the place for you. I highly recommend it- we had 4 people and It was great!

We're a family of 4 with a large breed dog. This was our first vacation rental and we had a great time! Every morning started with a short walk to the dog beach that also provided perfect surf for the boys with their body boards. On the way, an espresso drink for mom at one of the road-side stands. There was something for everyone: SeaWorld in 5 mins (we went 3 times!), bike path around the bay, beaches, golf, tasty mexican food cooked hot to order in the store on the corner, and "Hodads". Yes, the burgers and shakes were worth the wait! The planes fly low overhead, colorful characters cross your path, and the locals gather nightly at the nearby bar, but it's all part of Ocean Beach in the summer :). The boys enjoyed darts in the back yard, the play house and the water that made it really easy for them to clean their gear after beach play. The garage, enclosed yard (good for the dog, too!), nighttime outdoor lighting, balconies, and 2nd-floor location left us comfortable and safe. The kitchen is small but well equipped for dining in. And, yes, you can see the fireworks, as well as the stars.

Good location, nice home

We 4 adults stayed in this townhome for a week. The location is great-close to Ocean Beach (short walk away through decent neighborhood) and a quick drive to most places in town. The upstairs bedroom is roomy and nice, but the downstairs bedroom is quite small for 2 adults. It would work great for 1 child. Kitchen is small, but manageable for a vacation. Nice small yard with garage parking for safety-felt very safe here. There were a few minor things that we had issues with, but overall this was a good place to stay for our week in San Diego.
