Description of the Point Pirouette vacation apartment rental

Beautiful modern-colonial loft (2 stories) unit on 7th floor of Tower X. Parquet floors, custom finished bathrooms, open kitchen, and large terrace overlooking the Simpson Bay Lagoon, Marigot, Anguilla, the islands of Saba, Statia and St. Kitts. Separate laundry & storage room.

A large bedroom suite with a king size mahogany four poster bed and comfortable reading/TV lounge area. Hand-crafted wooden shutters open to access a small balcony with exceptional views of Marigot and Lagoon. Extra large dressing area with custom closets and electronic safe. Spa bathroom with jet tub, plasma screen TV and double rainfall shower. Bathrobes, slippers, bath and beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Living room has air conditioning, a fan, plasma screen television with American/French/Italian channels, pull-out sofa and lounge. DVD and stereo/radio/CD player are also provided. Internet service is available.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 4 persons. You will find all the necessities to cook - fan, fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and blender.

Common: the half-moon, infinity-edge swimming pool is bordered by a large sundeck. Lounge chairs provided for your convenience.
