This New, Private House in a Family-Oriented area has 3 Lovely Bedrooms & 2 FULL bathrooms. All the bedrooms have clean pillows & mattress pads & matching Matelese comforters plus dressers & large mirrors. One bathroom has a large shower, the other a shower & tub. Hand towels, hand soap & hair dryer are provided. The eat-in Kitchen is fully equipped plus microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, pots & pans, etc. There is a big, sectional couch in Living Room, Cable TV (over 300 channels) on Big Screen TV, DVD, Wireless Internet, Playstation, Central Air throughout. 2 adult Beach Passes & 2 Parking Spaces!!! Front Porch is covered plus a Private Patio with cushioned chairs, table & grill.
All you need are sheets & personal towels to move in!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

Marie's shore house was the perfect location for our first family beach vacation! The house was clean, comfortable and close to everything. We had 5-6 adults and one child and there was more than enough room for all of us. My parents loved sitting outside reading in the evenings before we headed to the boardwalk. Parking was a breeze and with everything in walking distance, it was great to be able to leave our cars and explore the area. The beach is just a short walk away and Marie had beach chairs, toys and a super convenient cart we could use to bring everything to the beach! Marie had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area and was really sweet and helpful. We could not have asked for a better week and will definitely be returning!

This property exceeded my expectations! It was so clean, and rennovated so nicely. Its a very comfortable home for a family and even 2 families we could fit nicely. Marie was very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. The walk is brief to the beach (a short cut thru) and it away from the hustle but close enough to take a stroll to the amuzement. There are nearby restaurants, stone throw, which makes it easy for families. The parking is limited, the only drawback, but you are sure to have 2 spots right at your door which is great!

We just enjoyed our second visit to this beautiful beach rental. I love walking into this immaculate home which is roomy enough for our family of five. Located on the inlet, we were just a hop, skip and a jump away from the beach. The owner is so sweet and accommodating and made our stay stress free and relaxing. Our extended family has been coming to Pt Pleasant Beach for our shore vacation for over 15 years, and while we fell in love with the community, we had so many bad experiences dealing with rentals through realtors. Last year I found "Marie's Shore House", and there has been no looking back. My first impression upon walking in was the level of cleanliness, as in immaculate, and then the entire home is spacious & comfortable, everything is new, with adorable shore-decor pieces throughout the house that give it the ultimate beachy vacation home feeling. And there is central air - hallelujia!! I love the two-story layout and the two full bathrooms - perfect for when everyone is back from the beach at once wanting showers! Outside there is a covered porch where I loved to sit and read, and there is also a spacious patio complete with comfy chairs & table...and a grill...perfect for a couple barbecue evenings under the stars. The location of the home is probably its best kept secret. While you have your own parking (a BLESSING in Pt Pleasant Beach!) there is little need to use your car; everything is steps from your shore house, including but not limited to the beach, boardwalk, inlet, fishing boats, and one fabulous restaurant after another. On that note, be sure to ask Marie for dining recommendations - she could moonlight as a restaurant reviewer - she is spot-on to your family's needs & wants when it comes to dining out down the shore. I could go on & on but am limited in characters here. If you are looking for a true Jersey Shore family vacation, Marie delivers with her beautiful shore home, its location, and all its amenities...and most importantly, a brand of hospitality that sadly is few and far to be found in this day and age, especially when dealing with rentals through real estate agencies (in our experience, anyway).

What a wonderful family vacation home! The Perry's home is close to the beach and boardwalk which makes its location ideal. The home was clean, neat, organized fully stocked - soup to nuts!! We are a family of five with 3 teenage children. The house had more than enough room for everyone to enjoy. We can't say enough about our time down the shore - everything was perfect!!

This beach house was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, it worked out great with the three bedrooms being on the second floor for the kids. When we first arrived we were extremely pleased with how new and clean the house was and how warmly we were welcomed by Marie (owner) and her sister. The location was fantastic and we did not need to drive anywhere. The walk to the beach and boardwalk was only 5 minutes and restaurants all around. I loved sitting on the front porch enjoying the breeze and the peaceful setting. Marie was always available and helpful in her recommendations for places to eat and things to do. It was so comfortable here that I really did feel like I was home. My grandson told me he wanted to live there! I will recommend this place to all my family and friends. We stayed at this beach house with a family of 4 including 2 young kids the week going into Memorial Day Weekend 2011. The location is perfect, with access to the beach and boardwalk a block away. Great restaurants all around. We found it to be the perfect size for a family of 4 or more with 3 comfortable size bedrooms. The house is very well maintained and practically laid out. The landlord was helpful and reliable all the way through. In short we could not have made a better choice for our stay and I would recommend this experience to anyone else without hesitation.

We found the house an interesting place to stay, they had made it feel like a cottage with the unique little signs above the doors and the mixture of furniture. It was a comfortable home for us and we enjoyed the nearness to the beach with the passes provided. We would recommend it to others. We did not make our stay long enough!

A vacation to remember! The house was great, the beach is a 5 minute walk and the kids love the boardwalk. The owner of the house was very helpful and I would recommend this beach house to anyone. We would to this again in a heartbeat.

Two-story layout is great

Location was fantastic - close to many restaurants and the beach / boardwalk. Two story layout was nice for children - they could sleep upstairs while the adults hung out downstairs. The house was clean - although we did need to do a little touching up when we arrived since we had two crawling children who find (and eat) every little piece of lint on the floor. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Just got back a few hrs agao, and had to show my appreciation. The property is unbelievable. From the second we walked in and saw how completly new, and clean everything was we knew we were going to have a great time. Only about 100 yds from beach, Very quiet. Very peaceful, very relaxing. Marie was very friendly. The house was extremely clean and had every comfort of home that you would never get in another rental. Of course, the access to beach and boardwalk was superb. Thank you for a memorable week for my whole family!

This is a beautiful property, which is well maintained by the owner. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach but far enough from the main strip that you have privacy. The owner is extremely helpful as far as providing recommendations for dining and entertainment. Would definatly book here again!!

This rental house is wonderful and the owners are very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the short walks to the beach and boardwalk. The local entertainment is only a short walk or drive away. My young children loved the vacation. The house had plenty of room for relaxing, playing games and making puzzles.
