Summer & Winter BEACH HOUSE RENTAL - 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 1 block to beach, beach entrance & boardwalk. BRAND NEW, very pretty and extremely clean. Fully furnished, with full, eat-in kitchen. Cable TV, central A/C & up to 3 parking spaces. 2 Adult Beach passes included. All you need are sheets and towels and you can move in. Short walk to amusement park, arcades, games, mini golf, aquarium & more. Near marina with boat rentals, fishing, paddlewheel excursions, parasailing & water taxi. This is a beautiful property, which is well maintained by the owner. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach but far enough from the main strip that you have privacy. The owner is extremely helpful as far as providing recommendations for dining and entertainment. Would definatly book here again!!

This rental house is wonderful and the owners are very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the short walks to the beach and boardwalk. The local entertainment is only a short walk or drive away. My young children loved the vacation. The house had plenty of room for relaxing, playing games and making puzzles.
