Located in family-oriented area. Fully furnished with full, eat-in kitchen. Cable TV, DVD, central A/C & 2 parking spaces. 2 Adult Beach passes included. All you need are sheets & towels to move in. Short walk to amusement park, rides, arcades, games, mini golf, fun house, aquarium & more. Near marina with boat rentals, fishing, excursions, parasailing & water taxi. Near lots of restaurants from fast food to fine dining-all kid-friendly. 5 minute drive to train station. We cater to families.

Pt Pleasant Beach is a great shore town with a beautiful, clean beach and lots of activities which is ideal for families. Our house is located only 10 minutes from Jenkinson's Pavillon with outdoor/indoor dining, live music, aquarium, amusement park with rides, arcades, games, fun house, rock climb, miniature golf and more. In summer, FREE weekly kid's shows (3x a wk), fireworks, symphony concerts, talent shows, movies on the beach and lots more. Near marina with boat rentals, fishing, parasailing, paddlewheel excursions, banana boat, water taxi and more. Also near lots of food courts, boardwalk food vendors, as well as restaurants to satisfy the fussiest of appetites.

FYI, the beach is open all year round. Pt Pleasant Beach has some of the BEST schools in the state. 5 min to town with supermarkets, shopping, train station, post office, and lots more.

Just got back a few hrs agao, and had to show my appreciation. The property is unbelievable. From the second we walked in and saw how completly new, and clean everything was we knew we were going to have a great time. Only about 100 yds from beach, Very quiet. Very peaceful, very relaxing. Amazing view. Thanks again Marie, youll be hearing from us next year, thanks!! Daniel

Marie was very friendly. The house was extremely clean and had every comfort of home that you would never get in another rental. Of course, the access to beach and boardwalk was superb. Thank you for a memorable week for my whole family!

This is a beautiful property, which is well maintained by the owner. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach but far enough from the main strip that you have privacy. The owner is extremely helpful as far as providing recommendations for dining and entertainment. Would definatly book here again!!

This rental house is wonderful and the owners are very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the short walks to the beach and boardwalk. The local entertainment is only a short walk or drive away. My young children loved the vacation. The house had plenty of room for relaxing, playing games and making puzzles.
