This grand residence in Pt. Pleasant Beach offers 3050 square feet of living space over 3 levels. Our guests will enjoy a desirable resort-like lifestyle associated with oceanfront living, as well as a number of private, onsite amenities including private decks and unobstructed ocean views from the North, South, East..
In addition the famed Pt Pleasant Beach Boardwalk is just 4 blocks walk to the north. Downtown Pt. Pleasant, Bay head and Mantoloking are near and re home for an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and entertainment activities.

3 master bedrooms are Oceanfront 2 with Queen Beds and one with King bed. Each bedroom has private bath with Jacuzzi tub. Each has it's own TV and Fireplace.
Also on the main level is a twin bed room with private bath, Jacuzzi tub and fireplace.
1 master suite on the ground floor has a King bed, single bed fireplace with an adjoining bathroom to the 6th bedroom which has two double- double beds. The ground floor also has a bedroom with 2 full size beds overlooking the outdoor hottub.
(There are many different sleeping combinations possible)
New State of the art Kitchen allows unobstructed views of the ocean as you prepare meals.

Point Pleasant Beach is a quaint coastal town with many shops and eateries in the downtown area. It is a year round town with its own school system, etc. The Boardwalk is just a short walk away and offers many restaurants, games, rides, arcades, and even its own Aquarium! And who can forget Jenks and the famous Martel's Tiki Bar for great entertainment!
The nearby area features golf courses, bay boating and many other wonderful things to do. Come on "down the shore".
