This a FAMILY FRIENDLY vacation home. Sorry but NO Singles,
NO Underage Groups & NO Pets.
WINTER RENTAL runs Oct/Nov to Apr/May & is $1100/mo w/o utilities (5 month min). 1 to 2 persons max.
NO WEEKEND RENTALS or PARTIAL WEEKS in late JUNE, JULY or AUGUST!!
ONLY WEEKLY/MONTHLY Rentals from June 25-Aug 27. SORRY no exceptions!!

This private home has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom. Master bedroom has a Queen & Twin & the 2nd Bedroom has a Twin and Trundle (can convert to 1 Queen or 2 Twin Beds). Newly tiled bathroom has a Shower & Tub. New, Eat-in Kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cutlery, pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & lots more. Spacious Living room has comfortable leather sectional and chairs & overlooks beautiful views of nearby Marina & Sunsets. Cable TV on Big Screen TV, DVD, Central Air, Wireless Internet, 2 Beach Passes & Parking for 1 car are ALL included. Also, LARGE Backyard with Table, Cushioned Chairs, Hammock & Gas Grill.
Our house is newly renovated, pretty and very CLEAN! We cater to FAMILIES!!!
All you need are sheets & towels (beach & bath) to move in!

Point Pleasant Beach is a great resort shore town with a beautiful, clean, safe beach with lots of activities ideal for families. Our house is only 1 block to the beach (beach entrance & boardwalk).
A short walk on the boardwalk to Jenkinson's Food Court & Entertainment Pavilion & Amusement park with rides, games, arcades, rock climb, fun house, mini golf, aquarium & more. In summer there are FREE children's shows (3x a wk), Fireworks (Thurs), Musical Concerts (Wed), Talent Shows (Sun), Movies on the Beach (Sun) EVERY WEEK! Also there are other FREE entertainment/activities for kids including Xmas in July, Summer Halloween, Pirate Day, Cowboy Day, etc. almost every week a different theme.
Also near lots of food courts and LOTS of restaurants from fast food to fine dining. We are a 5-10 minute walk to about 12 eateries to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Eat out, take home or cook yourself in the kitchen or on the grill provided.
Near marina with boat rentals, fishing boats, banana boats, parasailing, paddlewheel boat excursions, water taxi and more.
5 minutes to local park with tennis courts, basketball,
kids' playground (swings, slides, monkey bars, etc).

Very nice home with everything you need. Very close to the beach and to lots of restaurants. Owner is nearby so if there is anything you need, she is extremely helpful. The house is kept very clean and neat and it was nice to not be hit with an extra "cleaning fee" on top of rental. Rental rate was very reasonable for the location and space you got. If we visit Jersey Shore again in the future, we will definately look up this house again.

We rented this house at the last minute after another beach home fell through. And, we could not have been happier. Marie & Mike are fabulous hosts -- helpful, friendly, available if needed. And the house was extremely clean, organized, well equipped. It is within easy walking distance to so many places of interest, so close to the water, has great views; yet it is in a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy some down time. If you like to fish, you're an easy walk to the ocean or inlet. If you like to go to the beach/ boardwalk, that is just as close. We'll be back!!

My sister & I treated our dad to an extended Father's Day weekend in Point Pleasant Beach, and this rental created a backdrop that made our experience perfect from start to finish. The home is IMMACULATE with a brand-new construction feel & appearance; it is spacious & bright with the cutest shore-theme decor that gives it that beachy feel. The best part of all are two large picture windows that give you views of the inlet, fishing boats and beyond, with what feels like your own personal sunset each evening. I have said to the owner, Mike, that he has a gem of a property in Point Pleasant Beach, not only for the home-away-from-home comforts the house itself provides, but for the location. You are mere footsteps from everything: fabulous restaurants, the fishing boats, boardwalk....and of course the beach. We rarely had to use our car. So two adult gals and their dad had the most memorable time together getting caught up, especially each evening at sunset in our comfy chairs overlooking the inlet and talking about everything under the sun - literally! We will be back to make more memories, and I highly recommend this vacation home to make some of your own.

We planned our trip and the last minute and were so lucky to find this house. Everything was so clean and updated. Great place for a family of 4. The location was perfect, close to the beach and great food. We will return again.

My family had a wonderful stay; the owners are so kind and accommodating. Marie answered all of the questions that I had, gave excellent recommendations for activities and nearby restaurants, and the shore house was exceptionally clean. It is in an excellent location: close to the beach and boardwalk and is in a family- oriented neighborhood. We will definitely return next summer!!!

This house is in a great location. Everything is a short walk away. It's about a block to the beach and boardwalk. Everything is new inside and very clean (my wife's favorite part). The kids liked the beach, rides and games on the boardwalk. I liked the hammock, beautiful views of the sunset and marina from the bay window. We all liked eating breakfast at the Cottage and dinner at the Shrimp Box. We went to the beach everyday and one day saw dolphins swimming close to shore. We will definitely stay here again.

Just got back a few hrs ago, and had to show my appreciation. The property is unbelievable. From the second we walked in and saw how completely new, and clean everything was we knew we were going to have a great time. Only about 100 yds from beach, Very quiet. Very peaceful, very relaxing.
