Great location for this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in Point Pleasant Beach on the Jersey Shore. Located only 1 block to the beach & boardwalk. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, spacious living room (with beautiful sunset views & nearby marina). One bedroom has a queen bed & twin, the other bedroom has a twin and a trundle bed (which can be use as 1 or 2 twin beds or a queen bed).

Central air, cable TV, beach passes and on-site parking included with the rental. The Backyard has a patio area with table, chairs and grill.

This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly area.

ONLY WEEKLY RENTALS IN JUNE. JULY & AUGUST (no weekends or partial weeks available). Weekends or partial weeks available in early May or late Sept only.

Area Description

10 minute walk to Jenkinson's Pavillon & amusement park.
This pavillon has lots of food courts, entertainment, rides, games, arcades, miniature golf courses, fun house, and aquarium. Also located near a marina that has paddlewheel boat excursions on Mannasquan River, parasailing, fishing charter (or private boats), boat rentals (small groups to big) and, even a water taxi.
Within walking distance to lots of dining and all kinds of restaurants that cater to any kind of taste and budget. All these restaurants welcome children.

20 minutes to historic, quaint, Ocean Grove. 25 minutes to Monmouth Race Track (with FREE family fun days). 35 minutes to Six Flags Great Adventure with Safari, Water & Amusement Park. 1 hr to Atlantic City nightlife & casinos.

In Summer, Jenkinson's Pavillon on the boardwalk has WEEKLY FREE childrens shows, synphony concerts, fireworks and movies all on the beach! Near lots of food courts and restaurants in short distance.
