Area Description

Point Pleasant is such a versatile town catering to families but also attracting the younger crowd. By day you can relax on the beach and visit the boardwalk that has arcades, games, miniature golf, fun house and even an aquarium. For the fisherman in you, available are half day or full day party boats and by night you can visit Jenk's Club or the famous Tiki Bar. If gambling is more your style Atlantic City is only a short distance away and Seasides Nightlife is only a short 20
minute cab ride away.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Deposits: Rental deposit: 50% of rental total at time of booking is necessary in order to secure the time requested. The remaining 50% will be due two weeks before arrival. We accept money orders, certified bank checks and personal checks only in advance of rental with time to clear. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled a week prior to occupancy, your deposit will be refunded less $600. If cancelled less than one week out, deposit is forfeited.
Other Fees: Pets: Pets permitted. It is the owners responsibility to clean up after your dog inside and out. Additional $100 fee will be added to the Weekly or Monthly rental fee. All strictly enforced. Refundable Damage Deposit: We require a $300 damage deposit which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the last day of rental. The lease will be put in one persons name. All family members need to be listed. Upon check out guests are expected to carry out trash, do dishes, clean bathroom.

We rented this house after talking with Patricia and we could not have been happier. Patricia by the way is wonderful. The house was not huge but was perfect for 4 adults, a 5 year old and a dog. Quaint house on a corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood. A short 5 minute ride to Point Pleasant, short walk to Bay Head and shops. Really had a wonderful time!! My daughter's favorite part was the jacuzzi tub of course!

I loved it! Clean and convient. Close enough to fun and surf, far enough from the noise and traffic of the boardwalk. Neighborhood in clean and freindly too!
