• Other Fees: CLEANING Fee: Your home will be expertly cleaned prior to your arrival, and again after your departure. A cleaning fee of $193 is required for the home. Excessive departure cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit. You may arrange with the office for personal cleaning during your stay for an additional fee. Our home is designated as non-smoking and we do not allow pets. Violation of this will result in a detoxification charge equal to one night's rent
