Description of the Poipu Beach vacation townhouse rental

Our condo was completely redone recently. It is located in a very quiet complex with only 30 units, 2 to a building located on 30 acreas of lush landscaping.

It is completely equipped with everything you could need from a fully equpped kitchen to boogie boards and sand toys.

Pool is only a few steps away as are tennis courts and community bar-b-ques.

Area Information

2 miles from Koloa, within a 8 min walk to Poipu or a 2 min drive. Opportunity to hike, swim, read, relax, shop and dine within 2 min away.

Home away from Home

We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay while on our 5 day trip to Kauai. A very private location, we felt very secure and had no worries! Well maintained grounds and townhouse in good repair and very clean. Everything we needed was included (minus a couple staples for the kitchen... bottle opener, napkins and plastic wrap). An extremely well stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes etc. We have already recommended this unit to our friends and will definitely seek lodging here again!

Owner's reply:

Someone must have walked off with bottle opener. I will have our cleaning service add one immediately. Our cleaning service does not add napkins or plastic wrap when they stock the condo after cleaning. We do add those items when we visit once or twice a year, but they could quickly be used up. Thanks for taking the time to write of your vaction experience.

Very comfortable, quiet location.

This town home is located in a very quiet and carefully landscaped small community. The amenities include tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable furniture, modern appliances, and well-stocked cupboards of dishes, pots and pans, and flatware/cutlery. A very short drive leads one to a child-friendly beach across from Brennecke's Deli; Koloa Town and other shopping areas are only minutes away by car.

We enjoyed staying at this very quiet and beautifully landscaped property in Poipu Crater Resort. Great proximity to Poipu Beach State Park for boogie boarding and snorkeling. Short drive to Koloa Town for grocery shopping and souveniers. Quick 5 min. drive to the Hyatt for hiking from Shipwreck Beach along the coast. Appreciated the in-house boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the lanai had a large, comfortable dining table for outside dining. Ping pong table and pool area were well maintained. Owners were great to work with - Jean was very friendly and informative.
