.I did not renew my yearly subscription, (for # 29662) but VHR stole $119 from my bank account, without my authorisation.
They did this by using a dirty trick. There is a tickbox, 'auto-renew', ,hidden away in 'your profile' which I did not know about, and which enabled them to steal this money.
Property owners - know that you are dealing with a gang of thieves.
