This modernized apartment is fully designer furnished, comprising, lounge, dining, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.Open plan kitchen features everything you need inc Dishwasher,Fridge/freezer, ceramic stove, oven and microwave. The living area and dining rooms are fully tiled, as are the two bathrooms. Access to the balcony is from the main living area and enjoys magnificent north facing views. Fans in both the Living room and bedrooms.

Jacuzzi Bath and also shower stall in 2nd bathroom.

Includes a preferred garage position reserved parking spot, 24 hour security and excellent decor makes this the best unit in Pompano Beach Club North.

Pompano Beach is on the Atlantic Ocean and there are nearby coral reefs and a long pier. The area is not so much developed so is a little old Florida in style, with small shops and restaurants. Not far away is a Publix grocery and Walgreens Pharmacy.

Muvico 18 screen cinema is 10 minutes away. There is also a nearby golf course and bowling alley, several shoping malls and more. Many bars, restaurants and clubs are within 5 miles. The Intracoastal waterway on the West but this unit is better situated directly on Ocean Blvd.

Convenient for visiting Ft Lauderdale, Boca Raton or if you feel like a 40 minute drive mosey on out to West Palm Beach or run south to Miami and the famous South Beach.
