Mon condo, très propre et spacieux, est à votre disposition, notamment les mois d'hiver où vous avez tant de neige!! Rénové, bien aménagé, beaucoup de linge et de vaisselle, 2 chambres, 2 SDB, une vraie petite cuisine, un triple living, placards-miroirs, piscine, nombreux magasins très jolis et bons restaurants vous attendent. De meme, golf pas loin, casino, tennis, courses chevaux pour les amateurs... Dans l'appartement, vous trouverez toutes les commodités: A/C, TV, nombreuses vidéos, CDs, très bons livres en français... le parking pour votre voiture, etc.
Situé à POMPANO BEACH, banlieue de FORT LAUDERDALE, vous serez à 7 mn de la mer (Atlantic Blvd avec US1) gardien sur la plage.
LIBRE du 1er Novembre au 28 Février (attention: MARS est retenu pour la 5è année consécutive par le même couple) Beaucoup d'excursions à faire.... Photos et Renseignements sur demande. In a nice area (rue bordée de petits lampions adorables donnant un air de province agréable) quiet, excellent for jog, walk, (calme, tranquille, excellent pour jogging, walking, quiet) is my completely renovated CONDO with a triple living, kitchen, pretty parent bedroom, friends/Children bedroom with twin + 1 convertible, 2 bath rooms (1 with shower, 1 with full bath) full of utilities (towells, plates, napkins, kitchen cloths, sheets, blankets if needed, books, videos, classical music CDs, and so on) TV of course (cable, wireless),
new A/C, parking, swimming pool, 7 mn from the sea, not far from beautiful and not expensive stores and excellent and affordable restaurants.....
non smoking (except on the catwalk) you will breath fresh and pure air (no allergies because entirely tiled). You will feel vere comfortable. You will love it
(there is a couple who is coming back for the 5th time in MARCH)
