Description of the Pompano Beach vacation condo rental

The recently refurbished condominium is located on the 7th floor near the front of the complex. The large living room cum bedroom unit has a private balcony and a south and ocean view looking south-east. The unit has a queen sized bed, sofa, chair, nightstand, closet space and safe. There is a kitchenette area with table, countertop, sink, microwave and fridge. Cutlery and utensils are included. The bathroom has a shower and tub, washer and dryer. Towels and linens are provided. The main unit is connected to a guest suite with two full size beds, writing desk, night stand, its own bathroom and private balcony.
The condominium is part of a nine-storey, beachfront resort and spa complex which was opened in 2002. The complex has a 24hr front desk to facilitate arrivals, lobby, fitness center, spa salon, rooftop walking track, dining room and restaurant. There are two elevators to each floor. There is a beachfront bar. Guests staying at the unit can use resort amenities. There are two outdoor heated pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi. There is an office with computer. There is direct access to the ocean from the complex with several outdoor cabanas on the beach reserved for the guests.
Further detailed information about local amenities will be provided to guest. Biking, Golf, Tennis, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing Details: Outside shopping and dining destinations are close by. It is a relatively short taxi drive to Ft. Lauderdale and the restaurants at Los Olas Blvd. The services of the spa, fitness Center, gym are available for those who wish to avail of them, and a restaurant is present on site. The stay could also be combined with a cruise leaving from Ft Lauderdale which is nearby. You may like to relax for a few days and then rent a car locally to visit areas of interest along the south-east coast of Florida from Key West and Miami as far up as Palm Beach. For those who want to go farther afield, Orlando is relatively close, about a four hour drive north of the complex. Additional information will be provided by the owner.

Your destination is very convenient to points of interest and activities in south Florida from Miami to Palm Beach. Ft Lauderdale : 9 miles (25 minutes average traffic), Boca Raton : 8 miles (15 minutes average traffic), West Palm Beach : 38 miles (46 minutes average traffic), and Orlando : 170 miles (220 minutes average traffic). For guests who prefer not to drive on the day of their arrival, limo services are available at reasonable rates from the airport to take you to the resort. Details: Outside shopping and dining destinations are nearby. It is a relatively short taxi drive to Ft. The Condo and Location were great. Nice quiet beach. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. The washer and dryer were a major plus. Not a far drive from Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton. My family had a great time and would definitely stay again. The owner was very accomodating.

This is our second time at this location.It is clean,spacious,comfortable,close to all amenities.Great ocean view from both balconies,pool is well maintained and very nice pool side restaurant.Staff is great and accomodating.Wonderful place for a family vacation.We plan on returning.

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We liked the kitchenette. Beach was nice as was the pool area. The restaurant was good though slow service. We especially liked the location between Miami and Palm Beach. The weather was perfect for us.

We came from cold Winnipeg, Manitoba down to Miami for a cruise. We spent the weekend before in Pompano Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Ocean Sands. The owner was very helpful and the condo was everything promised. It was such a treat to have my morning coffee out on the deck in December! Location was fantastic - great views from BOTH rooms! Beds very comfortable; furnishings nice; building quiet; A/C a little loud; breakfast options disappointing; parking situation restrictive although valets attentive, and would be nice if room was serviced more frequently. Owner very accomodating, communicative and informative. We simply didn't get to enjoy the "resort" ammenities. But since we go to this area every year we would absolutely consider staying there again!

This rental is even better than pictured. The rooms are spacious, with confortable beds, 2 balaconies and 2 full bathrooms. This worked out perfect for my family. The resort has 2 heated pools and is right on the beach. In addition there's a kids room which is perfect for the kids when the weather isn't cooperating. The owner was great to deal with.
