This well-located small condo community (Hillsboro Shores Executive Club) offers panoramic views of the Hillsboro Inlet and is directly across from the Hillsboro Lighthouse -- the only lighthouse in Broward County!

There are two heated pools and a fishing pier. Boating enthusiasts may rent dock space on a first-come/first-served basis for boats under 29 ft. for a reasonable fee. A/C maintenance, electricity and cable is included in the rent. The rental amount from October-December 2007 is $900 if the length of stay is just 14-days, otherwise it's $1,200/month. If you own a boat and want quick access to the ocean, THIS is the place!

This particular unit has a view of the garden and pool area and partial view of the inlet, but outside the unit there are plenty of seating areas from which to enjoy views of the lighthouse and inlet where the boats parade by.

Seasonal rates for January 2-18 are $1,800 (for the 16 days). **NOT** available from January 19-April 30th.

The community of Hillsboro Shores is tucked away in the northeastern end of Pompano Beach and is a pleasure to stroll through. There is a convenience store on A1A just one block away.

To the north, just across the bridge that goes over the inlet is Hillsboro Mile which is lined by multi-million dollar beachfront homes. To the south is the Pompano Beach pier and many restaurants and shops to explore. The condo is just a few miles from Fort Lauderdale where you can visit the beach, Las Olas Blvd., and the Riverfront entertainment complex.
