Description of the Pompano Beach vacation condo rental
One bedroom/one bath (tub and shower) right on golf course. (Golfing is free to renters). Large kitchen w/island, glass cooktop built in, wall oven, dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer hidden in kitchen closet. Five ceiling fans. Brand new laminate flooring in living area. Glassed in porch with day bed for relaxing with a good book. Second bedroom is for storage only (suitcases, golf clubs, etc.) One person must be fifty-five to rent as this is an adult community. There is a courtesy bus that runs every day to the mall, grocery stores, bank, etc. There are two pools and clubhouse has small library. Join in the card games!! Mail is delivered to a box. This is a second floor condo with stairs (no elevator) Clean, quiet community.
Electricity, cable is included. One thousand deposit required and the balance due upfront one week prior to move in. The parties also have to be approved by the Leisureville Association and pay them $100 for a background check which must be done prior to move in. I am located about1 one half mile to 1-95 and ten minutes to ocean I am looking for a six month committment from November 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010. There is a handy man on site. Can be viewed with short notice.

Everything you will want or need is close by. Banks, shopping Mall, grocery, drive in movie or theater, fine dining or casual. Nightlife. Free concerts nearby. Clean, quiet community. 20 mins. to Ft. Lauderdale international airport. One minute to 1-95. I am located between Ft. Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton, Fl. 10 min. to ocean beach.
