The Condominium has access to 4 golf courses, a Clubhouse, and 2 pools. The condominium, with a private reserved parking space is just 4.8 miles to Pompano Public Beach, and literally across the street from 'The Isles' new casino complex and horse buggy races. The condominium unit includes all furnishings, dishes, glassware, and linens for you to enjoy a no-nonsense stay in paradise.

Seasonal rental varies from $1,900 - 2,100 depending on #months. Minimum rental period is generally 3 months. Rent includes Basic phone, Cable TV, Water, trash, & access to amenities such as a heated pool and his & hers saunas. Utilities and extra phone charges are extra, depending on rent agreed.

All tenants must receive approval from the Condo Association prior to occupancy, which will require an application fee
