Description of the Pompano Beach vacation condo rental

Extra spacious approximately 1000 square foot, furnished 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath seasonal rental at PALM-AIRE Condominium. Screened in balcony. 12" square beige and white ceramic tile floors throughout. Freshly painted. FOR FURTHER INTERIOR PHOTOS, PLEASE CONTACT OWNER.

Beautiful open golf course views. Pools and barbecue are conveniently located approximately 80-100 feet from the building. Golf to your heart’s content. Tennis and beach in 10/15 minutes.

Wireless internet & cable TV INCLUDED.

This is a condominium community and is available for a minimum of 3 months. Would prefer 4-5 months but will consider 3 months.

Area Information

On the condominium grounds, there is a 4 course Golf Country Club and Spa which includes a Fitness Room, Steam Room, and Sauna. If you like tennis, I can provide several convenient locations.

There is a PUBLIX & WINN DIXIE & WALMART all approximately 3 minutes from the apartment. A Walgreens is opposite one of the entry/exits.

2 pools, barbecue with tables & chairs 1 minute walking distance across from front of the building.

A little peace of heaven

In a huge complex with all the amenities one could imagine is a magical place all your own. Step out of your sanctuary and you have the green of the golf courses and the flowers blooming in the dead of winter. Here, however, winter does not exist. Conversation and friends are in abundance. Yet, there is the peace of your own balcony where you can read that book or simply contemplate the beauty. Small does not mean uncomfortable or cluttered. It means less work and more fun. It means everything is well organized and has its place. Life is what it was always meant to be now that you have the time to enjoy it. All of this is available to you in this place that bring with it a little peace of heaven.
