This beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained condo features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Conveniently located in Pompano Beach just off 95 and Sample Road. You will really enjoy this great little jem of a 55 plus community with pool and community club house. A great Italian community of friends calls this place home for the winter months. This apartment has a small balcony, private off street parking, and a new fully equipped kitchen and baths. The apartment has been tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. Walk to shopping and Tri-rail train for quick access to airports and the cities of Palm Beach to Miami. A short 15 minute drive to the beach. You will feel right at home!
Area Information
The area is conveniently located just off I-95 and Sample Road. A short ride on the Tri-rail system from the airports will leave you one block from your front door. You can walk to the local Brazilian supermarket and the CVS is one block away. The community is very well maintained with community pool,clubhouse and baci court. You are a short drive to major malls, flea markets, and the beach. You can't beat this boutique style apartment for the great value.

First Time in Pompano

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean, fully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you would want to use. The pool and club house was very nice. We loved the wireless feature of the unit. The owner was very accessible and responsive. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends.
