We spent a week in this beautiful rental house. It was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable--the perfect springboard for a great vacation. It was near the beach and lots of nice restaurants. The screened-in pool room faced a placid canal. The rooms were spacious. Overall, a very pleasant environment. We would definitely rent again.

This home is very comfortable and private. As locals living 30 minutes from the Beach, I can recommend the area as safe, quiet and clean. The beach is about 2 blocks from the house with gated private entrance. You can see the Light House from the Beach which was enjoyable at night when it was on. The neighborhood was quiet, the kitchen had everything we needed for our family reunion we had while there. The add states 3 bedrooms but there is a small converted room off the dining room that accomdates a full size bed in addition to the 3 bedrooms. The backyard was the best with the covered patio, pool and privacy. The photos were a bit deceiving as there was a jacuzzi in the photos that is no longer on the property and wide angle lense used to take the backyard makes it appear much larger than it is. The home was excellent value for the cost and I would recommend it for a quiet vacation near the beach. We so enjoyed the house, thank you Gary!

Thank you, Gary, for another wonderful Florida vacation with our family. The house is exactly what we need for close proximity to the ocean. Some days we take the very short walk to the beach, some days we stay at the pool in the beautifully private backyard. Poolside meals are a must! Everything we could possibly want or need is provided. We hope to be back next year. The kids are already talking about Florida 2013 on Dover Road!!

Our family of 4 plus my 2 elderly grandparents spent the week enjoying everything about our stay. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious (more room than we needed!), well stocked with homey touches and had an amazing warm pool with lots of outdoor living space. We walked to the beach every morning because it's right down the street. And we went to lots of nice restaurants and shops, all minutes away by car. Highly recommend a visit- we'll be back for sure!

Nine members of our immediate family stayed at this house for a week while attending a wedding in Boca. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accomodate us all. We loved the pool and the proximity of the beach and playground especially for our 1 and 3 year old grandsons. Gary, the owner, was so very helpful and nice that we just couldn't say enough about him. We all agreed that we'd love the come back again.

Our large family was in town for a wedding in Ft. Lauderdale, so we rented this house and our in-laws rented another one owned by the same individual on Leigh Rd. The neighborhood was wonderful, the short stroll to the beach relaxing, plenty of room for all of us to hang out at both houses, everything we needed for a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again on a visit to the area.

We rented the home for first four days of May an had a fantastic time. Our whole family, 10 of us, where there and all had adequate sleeping arrangements. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and beach access. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The weather was perfect. We would enjoy going back again sometime

We stayed in this lovely house over Christmas vacation and couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. The home is wonderfully appointed, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The owner clearly takes care of this property well. The beach is very close, and there is also a playground nearby. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Hope to be back soon.

We stayed at this wonderful place the beginning of May. There was 7 adults and we had plenty of room. We spent time at either the beach or the pool. we could not have asked for a nicer place. The area is wonderful, everything is close by. Can't wait to go back again!!

We stayed just this past week (february) at the beach house and it was just great. It was nice and spacious for us (2 couples and 1 child) and the pool, hot tub, and beach access were well-enjoyed. Gary is very responsive to any issues or requests. Also, the neighborhood is nice and quiet and beautiful to walk around, with a park for children just a comfortable walk away.
