A 21 x 14 master bedroom has two 8' glass sliders plus a large window. All with a water view. One slider opens to the hot tub, the other the heated pool. The master bath has a door to the 85 degree pool and patio, the shower has a ceiling rain shower,wall shower,4 wall shower jets, all enclosed with glass block. Walls and floors are tan marble with black granite accents.
100 feet of new dock graces 110 feet of point waterfront. There is room to park a couple of 30' boats! Rent or bring your own.There are coconut and bananas trees abound. Open a coconut, pick a banana and sip a cocktail while sitting on one of the dock gliders. Relax and watch the boats go by.

Only 5 minutes away we have the Pompano Beach Airpark with a 36 hole championship Golf course. It is also home base for the Goodyear Blimp with it's 45,000 sq. ft. hanger. The airport has air taxis, charters and scenic rides. It's 946 acres contains an amphitheater, civic center, fitness trail, community park, tennis courts, a driving range, a bike path plus a great restaurant, Galuppi's on the green.
Hillsboro beach, lighthouse and inlet are minutes away. Here you can go party fishing, swim on the beach or snorkel with many colorful and beautiful tropical fish. We have it all!!

I couldn't have found a more perfect place to bring our family together. We stayed a week in this property and it was a great experience. The house is very well decorated and equipped with everything you need. My kids absolutely loved the pool. Lots of space in and out. Great hot tub, my Mom loved it!!! There is not enough space here to talk about the wonderful things about this house. The master bedroom is awesome! I was very surprised when I got there, its better than it shows at the pictures. I will definitely come back next year. Mal and Diane was very prompt answering all my questions. Thank you for everything!!

We stayed at this fantastic home and could not have been any more satisfied. The property is extremely well equipped with a great layout and lovely outside space at the rear. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the lovely river views are hard to beat. Inside the home there's everything you need and the furniture is ample and comfortable as well as having well equiped and clean bedrooms and a fantastic master bathroom. The neighbourhood is so nice and quiet and it's only minutes to the beaches and all the shopping you could want . restaurants in the area are plentyful and we would reccomend you do the boat tour down at Las Olas Boulevard in fort Laderdale for a great day out and don't miss the Butterfly house wich is stunning. (both are within 20 mins of the house). We strongly reccomend this fantasic Holiday rental.

Everything was just as described. A big swimming pool, a hot tub, lovely views on the canal, great kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. The owners were very helpful and prompt to answer all questions. We had a great vacation and were able to relax with all the comfort of the house and we strongly recommend this place, especially for families. We had our two teenagers with us and they too enjoyed the place

The house is beautiful and just as described. We all had so much fun using the pool, hot tub and fishing off of the dock - never would have thought we would have fished this much but it was so beautiful that we were out there everyday. The house is perfect for being all together or retreating to our own rooms. Close enough to everything that there was never a dull moment. Thank you Mal and Diane, this week will be remembered for many many years.

We just had a wonderful vacation in Dianne and Mal´s house. Our three kids 17, 9, 4 loved the place; there was always something to see and do. The location in South Florida is just perfect and we managed to see so much and always come home to our quite and comfortable house. During our stay we had a nice mail-contact with the owner, also we could Easily handle some business back home via internet. Thank you for 18 unforgettable days. We had a wonderful vacation in Mals' and Diannes' house! Each of our two kids had their own private area, the pool has exactly the right size and depth and for all Florida activities the location is perfect! The equipment starts from all normal (maybe expected) things like dishwasher, washing machine dryer, I didnt counted the TVs and so on but it goes further to speaker for the notebook (we heard German news via laptop and WLan) and a USB printer (including driver CD...) - really everything! We printed out our tickets for Disney and Kennedy Space Center :-) Up front very friendly contact and handling. We recommend it! Dirk and Family

All we can say is Peaceful & Quiet. My wife and I took two friends down for a much needed vacation. The owners were more than accomadating. The house and property are actually nicer than the the pictures and pool and the canal, are absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the cool breeze of a sunny South Florida morning; listening to the dove's call as the water slowly and calmly flowed outside our bedroom windows. What a peacful neighborhood! I loved the palm, banana and coconut trees in the yard, and my wife LOVED the spacious kitchen with the lights and the ceiling fan! We had breakfast outside by the pool and to our surprize, not a flying or crawling insect in sight. We also sat on the dock and watched the ocassional boat go by as we sat and day dreamed as we sipped our coffees. We didn't try out the hot tub, we'll try that next time around. Oh yes, we will be back and next time we MIGHT bring the kids! Oh, did I mention my wife LOVED the kitchen! LoL
