The property is located in a quiet residential area just north of the Ft. Lauderdale/Pompano Beach Border and about a mile from the beach. Just minutes from Downtown Ft Lauderdale and Las Olas area.(Pls see "Area Description" for things to do.)
This 2,400 square foot home consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 baths
and sleeps up to 8-10 adults comfortably;
The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a mixed influence of the 60's to contempory styling. Featureing bright reds greens and purples in the dinnette and living room areas. Complimented with a contempory kitchen with Ubatuba Brazilian granite countertops and stainless steel fixtures and halogen lighting. Two wide french doors open to the tropical pool. The entire property is private, with full perimeter fencing and
landscaping.
Three of the four bedroom suites feature a full queen size beds and a private bath with huge shower for two. The forth bedroom features two individual beds for adults or two kids. All linens are provided. A fold-out futon queen couch is also available to accommodate additional guests. (see fee schedule for additional guests)
The living room includes a red leather couch, a fully reclineable yellow leather lounge chair, coffee table, 42" Sony digital TV cable service with DVD player.
The round glass dining room table seats 6 comfortably and it is a 60's style. (see picture)
The kitchen has a microwave, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator with icemaker. It comes complete with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans.
Wood floors span the home and adds a reflective elegance and open air ambience. Soft and comfy short pile carpeting in the bedrooms. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Of course, the entire house is air-conditioned for your complete comfort.
The large yard has a privacy fence and many tropical trees
and plants including palm, bananna, coconut, hibiscus and
Bougainvillea. There is comfortable outdoor furniture so you can relax, too. Enjoy the playful mix of Retro and contempory decor forall tastes and eras - 60's to today!

We were pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness, layout, roominess and overall comfort. It is situated in a quiet residential area. We ate in the backyard every night it was so relaxing with the lawn chairs, table and swimming pool.

Das Ferienhaus war: sehr gut ausgestattet zentral gelegen mit beheiztem Pool mit schöner Gartenanlage mit sehr nettem Vermieter komplett mit Hand- und Badetüchern Man benötigt nur seine persönlichen Sachen, da Föhn , etc. vorhanden sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We spent a week at this home and found it to be most accomadating . Very clean and great kitchen , bedrooms were well equipped and beds were so comfortable! Near beaches, food and seafood Markets. Great Pool and found the owner to be Great to deal with. We Enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks

This home was lovely and well maintained. It was in a quiet subdivision but just a quick drive from the fabulous beach. Perfect location for daytrips to the Everglades, Miami Beach. Landlord was attentive and great to deal with.

Four of us rented this comfortable home for a week...it was spotless and had all the comforts advertised. The landlords were very accomodating and nice. The way the bedrooms are split on two ends of the house makes it the perfect rental for two couples. We loved the pool and the beautiful backyard. Great location...close to grocery, liquor store, every convenience! Bravo!
