Our home is located perfectly in Pompano Beach's Cypress Harbor area. You will be east of Interstate 95 and the Florida turnpike, between Atlantic Blvd and Commercial Blvd. Minutes to Ft. Lauderdale and Pompano beaches, Lauderdale by the Sea and 10 minutes to Boca Raton.

Close to all great shopping and night life. Minutes to private and public golf courses, surfing, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, cycling and all the great activities that South Florida is famous for. Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
Deposits: Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. All utilities are included in the rental fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Remaining 50% due upon arrival. As a courtesy to our returning clients, payment in full can be made upon arrival with confirmation from owner.
Other Fees: Pets on approval with an extra cleaning fee of $100 US dollars.

We have been vacationing in Florida since 1977. This house has fulfilled all of our requirements. It is located in a beautiful, quiet and secure neighbourhood backing onto a canal. We have had the opportunity to meet the neighbours which we have found to be friendly, welcoming and will offer suggestions on local shopping and restaurants. There are numerous great restaurants all within a short distance of this house. The beach is very close. We have been enjoying this home for the last four years and are pleased to see that Karen reinvests some of the rental income into upgrades to this property each year. Looking forward to our stay there next year. P.S. In the past we have found that other renters over-promise and under deliver. In our experience Karen under promises and over delivers resulting in a stress free and enjoyable vacation. We have no hesitation in recommending Karen and this property to anyone in the future. We had a very relaxing time in Florida. The girls loved every minute of the pool and house! We saw 5 iguanas. I miss the warm temps. We are rainy and cool. Getting home was a bit tricky. We were delayed from Ft. L. due to weather related problems.

The guys really enjoyed the baseball opportunity. I would have rather been at the beach, but that's how it goes!

We will definitely let you know if we decide to combine the spring training and spring break trip again. The layout of your house is very appealing and the pool was wonderful. I like being able to cook the meals and watch the girls swim at the same time. Being able to adjust the temperature of the pool was a big bonus. The weather was variable, but that didn't stop us from swimming throughout the day!
