Description of the Pompano Beach vacation home rental

TROPICAL ISLES SLEEPS 8 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms A spacious luxurious home with beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Water and pool views from every room. Dock with room for a 20'boat. Close to everything, only 1 1/2 miles the beach, minutes from shopping and a 36 hole golf course. Jump out of the hot tub and right into the 85 degree pool! A heated pool is essential in South Florida most of the time. Unheated pools are cold ! 3 minutes from the beach!

The kitchen has plenty of storage and a top of the line gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and new side by side refrigerator. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer where we keep a bike, fishing gear and pool toys.

The living room is open to the dining room and is over 34' long, with a new leather sectional couch with 2 recliners and another new leather couch that opens to a queen sleeper and a brand new, HD 50" Plasma TV. There is ample and comfortable seating for 8 to 10 people. All furniture in this home with the exception of the dining room table is brand new. Also new is a built in computer station with a telephone and plenty of room for your laptop computer.

The master bedroom is very spacious with a new 37" flat screen TV,sliders to the pool and a master bath with access to the pool. The queen guest room also has sliders to the pool, it's own TV as does the twin bed guestroom. All bedrooms have a beautiful view of the pool and water and are within 6 feet of the pool for easy access, jump right in!!!

Everything except the dining room table is new. The furnishings, linens, dishes and beds are all new, from silverware to oil paintings, mattresses, beds, furniture and bedroom tile floors.

Area Information

Pompano Beach is a beautiful ocean community next to Fort Lauderdale which spans over 28 miles of white, sandy beach and gorgeous, blue ocean. The perfect place to lay on the beach, go boating, rent a jet ski or boat, go para-sailing, sport fishing or just relax at our 85 degree pool.

Take a ride and see how the rich and famous live, the multimillion dollar homes and yachts that are everywhere you look. Incredible shopping for the women, golf and boating for the men and dining in a selection of over 3,500 restaurants ranging from white table cloth to the waterfront cafe and sports bar. We have an abundance of night life and entertainment for the adults. For the kids, parks, water parks, amusement parks, museums, movie theaters and on and on. There is no reason to ever be bored here.

Take the water taxi and ride from restaurant to restaurant or bar to bar on the intercoastal for an entire day for $10. Get on the Jungle Queen, a huge paddle wheel boat and ride up New River through the center of Ft. Lauderdale and have a jungle cookout half way through. Inexpensive local fun at it's best!

Fabulous Home- Great Location

We enjoyed a fabulous 10 days in this lovely home located on a canal, which had great views and spectacular sunsets. The home is very spacious and clean. All of the bedrooms were very accomodating. The living room was relaxing and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking and came fully equipped. The best part of this home was the large pool and surrounding deck area. We are looking forward to returning next year. We would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Beautiful and Great Location

We had a girls soccer tournament here xmas week. Not knowing what to expect I rented this with two other families. I was pleasantly suprised, this was a great location. The house was beautiful, backyard was great on the intercoastal waterway, quiet street. We are already planning next yrs trip back here and are planning on renting both the owner's houses. Convenient to I-95, close to all the hot spots and lots of restaraunts to choose from! I highly recommend this home! Thanks Mal and Dianne - we LOVED IT!!

Great house for families

The renters Mal and Dianne were great to work with. The house was perfect for our family vacation of 6 adults and 2 kids. The pool and hot tub were great and there was lots of pool toys for the kids and adults to play with. The bedrooms were nice and fit us comfortably and had doors straight out to the pool. Only thing was the twin beds in one room wouldn't butt flush against each other so one married couple had to sleep apart in two twins. Besides that it was great. There was also a nice size sectional in the living area so we could all be together. Renters had a lot of things there we would have forgot to bring so we were thankful they keep things on hand. The house is about 5-6 minutes from the beach and close to many other things. Overall, our experience was very good and was very pleased with everything.

Relaxation in February sunshine!

Coming from dark and chilly UK this time of year and already knowing how great Pompano Beach, we looked forward with anticipation to a different type of holiday: we were not disapointed! Mal & Diane's house was spacious, well appointed, in quiet but central location but so much to see and do! Just the two of us in all that room, but it became our space which was fortuitous as we both brought coughs and sneezes with us from Europe! So we "chilled out" a lot in the sun and in front of Mal's hugely spectacular TV, feeling a bit sorry for ourselves. In those circumstances, it was very handy to have wireless Internet access to keep in touch with home and with a client in Lucca, Italy having some problems of his own! With pleanty of space, the pool and hot tub, the house would comfortably accomdate larger family groups with three bedrooms and room to sleep up to eight. Back in UK now, which we left just before snow dumped but fortunatley that's all gone too! Spring just round the corner.

Great place to stay in Pompano Beach

We had a great stay in Pompano Beach. No one wanted to go home! The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The neighbourhood was quiet and we all enjoyed sitting in the garden watching the occasional boat go by and trying our hand at fishing from the dock. The pool was recently refurbished and looked great and the water was warm. The hot tub was a real bonus. Inside the owners seemed to have put lots of care into making everyone comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat or watch TV. The house was spotless and tidy when we arrived. There was also a very helpful folder full of explanations as to how all the equipment worked, local information, restaurant recommendations and much more. If we were in the area again we’d certainly be in touch with Mal and Diane again!
