Great apartment and location

We were very pleased with the apartment, location, and the convenience to the beach and ocean, an easy 15 minute walk. You walk out to a covered patio, and the boat dock and canal are less than 25 yards away. The Weber grills are conveniently located next door. The heated pool is only 40 yards away and is located with a great view of the main channel. The only problem was the waste disposal did not work and eventually the kitchen sink plugged up. I would expect this will soon be remedied. Other than that, ours was a very enjoyable experience, We would gladly return, and would recommend this property to our friends.
