Welcome to Casa Santa Barbara! Beautifully situated behind private security gates, this spectacular 5 Bedroom 4 ½ Bathroom luxury waterfront estate offers everything one could possibly expect from a five star vacation residence. If you are seeking absolute luxury, not to mention privacy, look no further. Casa Santa Barbara has been meticulously updated and newly furnished by both the homeowner and management company to ensure your stay will not only meet your expectations, but will hopefully, far exceed. From the moment you first enter through the private security gates, it becomes rather evident Casa Santa Barbara is the very definition of a private luxury estate. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and offer absolute privacy. The large circular driveway offers ample parking for a minimum of four (4) automobiles. For your convenience, there is covered parking directly off the main entry steps to the home.

Upon entering Casa Santa Barbara, you are greeted by an open foyer entry which leads the spectacular living area of the home. The main living area of the home is exceptionally large and is an ideal setting for entertaining both family and guests. The living area offers fifteen foot ceilings, not to mention spectacular, unobstructed, views of the exceptionally private rear yard (equipped with heated pool) and waterfront area. The living area features two full size leather sofas, as well as an over sized leather chair with ottoman. There is an entertainment center equipped with a 60” plasma television, DVD player and surround sound stereo system. Similar to the living area, the kitchen is exceptionally large and open, offering unobstructed views of the main level of the home (living room, dining areas, etc.), as well as the rear yard pool and water view areas. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless appliances and breakfast counter dining for six (6). There are two (2) main dining areas in the home. The formal dining table offers seating for eight (8). The secondary dining table offers seating for six (6) and offers spectacular outdoor pool and water views. There are three (3) sets of French doors which lead to the outdoor pool area from the living room.

The entire second floor of this spectacular home is comprised solely of the private and spacious master suite. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, the master suite offers the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands, a full size dresser, a work desk with lamp and large walk-in closet. For your enjoyment, there is a 42” plasma television. The master bathroom offers a custom walk-in shower and a granite vanity sink. The ground floor offers four spacious bedrooms. Bedroom Two is equipped with the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands, a full size dresser and walk-in closet. For your enjoyment, there is a plasma television. Bedroom Two offers a private, en suite bathroom equipped with a full size bathtub / shower and a granite vanity sink. Bedroom Three is equipped with the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands and a walk-in closet with dresser. For your enjoyment, there is a wall mounted plasma television. Bedroom Three offers a private, en suite bathroom equipped with a custom walk-in shower and a granite vanity sink. Bedroom Four offers the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands, a full size closet with shelving and, for your enjoyment, a wall mounted plasma television. Bedroom Four offers a full size, en suite bathroom equipped with a spectacular (not to mention large) custom walk in shower with bench and a granite vanity sink. Bedroom Five is exceptionally large and offers a King Size Bed with nightstand, closet and a computer work desk. For your enjoyment, there is a plasma television. Bedroom Five also offers spectacular views of the outdoor pool area.

The true appeal to Casa Santa Barbara lies, undeniably, in the outdoor pool area. Both spacious and private, the setting is truly magnificent. Equipped with a full size heated pool and chaise lounge pool chairs on the adjacent deck, the rear yard is situated on 150 feet of southern exposed water and presents breathtaking views of the constant boating activity. The pool area also features a custom outdoor bar with sink and BBQ with outdoor dining for eight (8).

The main beach portal is a short distance away and offers both lifeguard towers and outdoor cabanas for daily rental. There are also a multitude of first class restaurants in the immediate beach area, as well as a new Publix grocery store.
