Description of the Pompano Beach vacation townhouse rental

The townhouse features a built-in one car garage, three bedrooms, plus a small den, and three full baths. It can sleep eight. Pets are considered. Child equipment and beach toys are available. This is a perfect setting for a family vacation, reunion, private groups for scuba, or fishing charters. There are other units available in the building if you need two units to accommodate twenty guests!

Beautiful property !! Located at Intracoastal water ways & wonderful open lake, this rental townhome offers complete privacy for sun bathing’s & relaxing in Hot tub. It is small complex which has 4 units with very less traffic. Walk outside the door towards your 3 tiered deck ,private & spacious balcony from master bedroom to view romantic sunsets & boat cruising with water ways . Walk two blocks to end of street, enjoy the feelings of Pompano Beach , local shops , restaurants & other beach activates .

Our stay was very comfortable.

We were planning to be 10 people, we were told the place could sleep 10. However we were only 7 since 3 could not make it. The place could sleep 9 people comfortably. There are three master bedrooms and a den with a twin bed. The pictures on-line are not good, the place looks much better than what you see. We had a lovely time and Ms Sullivan was very fast to fix couple of problems we encountered. It is close to the beach and the views of the intracoastal are great from the living room and master bedroom. The deck is very spacious with great views too. There is a big room with Kitchen and dining room and open to the spacious living room. We enjoyed the place and hosted a family brunch and everything worked beautifully. Family had a great time

Stayed here in early August. Very nice townhouse with a great location on the intercoastal and an easy walk to the beach. New kitchen and master bath, however living room furniture needs updating and deck needs some work. Very comfy beds and kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub. Very friendly neighbors and customer service was great during our visit. Would definitely stay again.
