Super beach and location

This little condo is well situated right on the beach, with friendly neighbors. The porch is great for outdoor meals, and the neighborhood is quiet. Owner is friendly and helpful: Publix and restaurants a few minutes away. Reserved parking space 10 yards from the door.

Our stay at Beach Villa was an extraordinary experience. We've been renting in Florida for 9 years and can honestly say this was our best time ever. The accomodations were all that we were told they would be. Bob was there when we arrived and spent time with us explaining how the various applliances and household goods worked Everything there worked and there wasn't one thing that was lacking. We were very impressed with the accommondations. The pool was very close by and the ocean was just beyond that. It couldn't have been better for us.

This place is even more then what the add says.We could not rent for our entire vacation because it was rented to a seasonal renter. I did manage to get it for two weeks in April and it was exactly what Bob said it was in his listing,cozy ,comfortable,very clean ,and one of the coolist places on the beach. We took alot of meals on the patio; listened to our music and enjoyed the views and ocean breezes.After the sun set,we would light the tiki torches and sit with an evening drink and you really felt like you were in paradise.The villa is very cottage like and had everything we needed and then some , the owners thought of evrything and were helpful withtips on were to go. The loction of this place is fantastic, when we left the beach to dine out,or shop it truly was just mins to everything. My wife and I cant wait until our next vacation to Fla. and to stay again at this great rental.Thak you Bob and we cant wait to get back....
