Welcome to Villa Oceana! For the vacation traveler seeking a spacious and contemporary masterpiece, not to mention direct, unobstructed, ocean views from virtually every room including the spectacular fourth floor rooftop terrace with spa… look no further, for you have arrived. Constructed to the highest standards in 2008, Villa Oceana is a tri level modern beach villa offering Three (3) Spacious Bedrooms with Three and One Half (3 ½) Bathrooms. Situated directly across the street from the beach, the location is truly ideal.

Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer entry. The ground floor offers the first of two spacious (and private) Master Suites. Master Suite One is equipped with a King Size Bed, two nightstands, a leather sofa (which converts to a sleeper) and a wall mounted plasma television. The suite offers floor to ceiling windows with direct ocean views. The full size, en suite, bathroom offers a custom walk-in shower with a marble vanity sink.

The second level of Villa Oceana is nothing less than spectacular and offers a large open floor plan for the main living area of the home. The living area is furnished with floor to ceiling windows, allowing for optimum morning and afternoon sunlight to enter the villa, not to mention picturesque ocean views from virtually every square inch of the spacious floor. The living area is equipped with two leather sofas, a reclining leather chair (which is ideal for reading that long overdue novel) and a large wall mounted plasma television. The adjacent, formal, dining area offers dining for six (6). The large open kitchen is an entertainer’s delight and will certainly make for fun conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation. Simply bring food and beverages! The second floor is equipped with a marble vanity bathroom, as well as a walk-in laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Both Master Suite Two and Bedroom Three are located on the third floor. Master Suite Two is both spacious and private and is equipped with a King Size Bed, two nightstands, a full size leather sofa (which converts to a sleeper) and, like master suite one, floor to ceiling windows with spectacular direct ocean views. Master suite two is also equipped with a large, private, balcony terrace. As you can well imagine, the views are simply stunning. The full size, en suite, marble bathroom offers a custom walk-in shower, a spacious Jacuzzi spa bath and dual marble vanity sinks. Bedroom Three is equipped with a Queen Size Bed, a nightstand, a spacious private balcony terrace and a full size, en suite, bathroom with a shower / tub and marble vanity sink.

What truly sets Villa Oceana apart from most other vacation villas is the large, open, fourth floor rooftop terrace. As you can well imagine, the unobstructed ocean and beach views are simply priceless. For your enjoyment, the rooftop is equipped with a large Jacuzzi spa with seating for six (6), outdoor dining for six (6), two (2) chaise lounge chairs and a stainless (propane) bbq.

Villa Oceana and BTSVV saved our Vacation!

By the Sea Vacation Villas and Villa Oceana saved our vacation! After booking another property on VRBO in Sept '12 we were told by the owner 8 days before we were supposed to arrive, that the construction was still on on going and we should find another place to stay. Suffice to say that its not easy to find a suitable place on the ocean that could sleep 6 with 7 days til your departure. The staff at By the Sea Vacation Villas were able to offer us Villa Oceana and it was perfect! Villa Oceana is a lovely, bright property with high end appliances, comfortable beds, lots of space for everyone and many other amenities. It is right across from the beach, has a lovely warm pool within the complex, is close to Publix and the biggest plus for the kids was the ice cream truck that ca. me by every day! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property. The staff at BTSVV were as close as the phone if we had any questions or needed anything. would definately rent from them again and recommend their properties.

Great House, Great View

Our family (4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 small children) stayed in Villa Oceana over Easter/spring break. The house was beautifully decorated with a fresh, clean, contemporary flare. The pictures are exactly as the house appears. The view of the beach (from each of the 3 floors, including the roof) is even better in person. The house had all the conveniences of home (Plenty of towels, beach towels, and even beach chairs!). The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. We grilled out a few evenings and the spacious kitchen had everything we needed. Beach access was just a few steps across the street. The street location is private, so it wasn't noisy or busy, which was nice. There is a Walgreens and a Publix grocery closeby and within walking distance. We wanted a laid back relaxing experience and Pompano Beach is definitely that. We would come back to this house!
