Description of the Ponce Inlet vacation condo rental

Vacation Rental Description
Hear and see the ocean from our beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2
bathroom condo. This is not your standard furnished unit and we are
looking for someone who will care for it like we do. This is a non
smoking unit.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in closet. The master
bath has a double vanity, tub and separate walk in shower. The
master bedroom has access to the balcony.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and two nightstands.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare gourmet meals...
A separate laundry includes a full size washer and dryer and sink.

You can relax in the living room on the couch or chair while watching
your favorite TV programs on a large screen Sony HDTV. The living
area has access to the balcony with patio furniture allowing you to
see and hear the sound of the ocean.

Local telephone and cable is included and internet access is
available at an additional price.

The parking garage is quite unique. It is circular and allows you to
drive up to your unit and park within a few feet of your front door.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Harbour Village is a newly developed area. It is a private gated
community. Indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, sauna and exercise
facilities are just part of the amenities. It also includes a free
par 3 golf course, marina and restaurant. There is a conservation
area overlooking the Halifax River with elevated walkways which makes
evening strolls very nice. It also leads to a private fishing area.

A new beach club directly on the Atlantic Ocean provides a parking
area and walkway to the ocean. It also includes a state of the art
exercise room, full kitchen, common areas with several flat screen
TV's, steam room and full bathroom and shower facilities. Enjoy the
pool while watching the waves and overlooking beautiful white sand
dunes and sea oats.
Activities and Attractions
Boating, fishing, swimming, tennis, golf and exercise facilities are
all available within Harbour Village. A just minutes away are great
restaurants, shopping and historical sites. The Ponce Inlet
Lighthouse is well worth a trip. The world famous Daytona Beach is
just 10 minutes away. Off shore gambling cruises and deep sea fishing
is available less than 5 minutes from Harbour Village.
Vacation Rental Rates
December through April $2,250 per month.
Other months are negotiable.

Rates do not include 12.5% state and county real estate taxes for
rentals less that 180 days.

Deposit of $750 is required.

Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great beach, lots of restaurants, and plenty of golf courses nearby.
