Description of the Ponce Inlet vacation condo rental

This 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath condo has OCEANFRONT view of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 7 story condominium. It has a heated pool, community room, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and sandy clean beach. Cars are not allowed to drive on this beach; it is clean and pristine.

The condo unit has been remodeled with a new kitchen, bathrooms, tile and carpet. It really lends itstelf well to a retired couple looking to spend their Winter months in sunny Florida away from the snow and cold weather up North!

Enjoy the weekly get togethers in the Community Room that faces the pool and Atlantic Ocean. Here couples or singles will meet to talk, eat (enjoy an occassional pot luck dinner!), play games, or enjoy their fine beverage of choice.

We rent this condo for the Months of December - April; all the amenities are available. Utilities are included.

Area Description

The Town of Ponce Inlet is South of Daytona Beach (about 10 minute drive), and 1 hour from Orlando and the Theme Parks. Ther are local restaurants with views of the Atlantic (i.e. North Turn Restaurant is next door!), and intercoastal restaurants with views of the Florida Sunset (e.g. Inlet Harbor, Lighthouse, Boon Docs, Catfish Annies, and Docside Restaurant). There is the famouse Ponce Inlet Lighthouse just down the street, as well as, the Marine Science Center and Birds of Prey Center. Fishing and boating all around; plenty of Marina's. For nightlife, there are the nightclubs of Daytona, International Symphony, Playhouse & Theaters, Movie Theaters, and Shopping.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

One Hour from Orland0 and the Disney, Sea World, and Universal Theme Parks. Visit the Tiffany Morse Museum in Winter Park; historical town with cobblestone streets, shops and restaurants; less than 1 hour away from the condo.
Great Seasonal Theater with the International Symphony and Playhouses in the Daytona area - just 10 minutes away!

Spectacular view, well equiped and well appointed condo. Everything was provided, all I needed was my cloths. very pleasant and helpful landlord.
