This spacious Harbour Village Resort condo has EVERYTHING at your fingertips. Immaculate, fully furnished high-end condo on 6th floor with breathtaking views of the ocean and inlet marina. A well equipped health club,outdoor pool & indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and meeting rooms are right in the ground floor of this bldg. This private sprawling resort maintains a no fee golf course,clay tennis courts, numerous large swimming pools and spectacular beachfront health club. There is also a private restaurant with bar and club house that surrounds the larger swimming pool near the marina.
The condo has fine furnishings, internet, great appliances, laundry room w/in unit It is important to us that we provide new and extremely comfortable beds, you will be impressed. We also have 2 adult bikes and children's bikes as well. There are 2 TV's and a DVD player in the condo. The breezy balcony has great views of the ocean, marina, Halifax River and our grounds. It is peaceful and serene without a traffic light for miles and the beach and all our surroundings are amazingly never crowded.

Directly across the street walk the endless pristine stretches of beach and dunes and relax some more at Harbour Village's private beach club. The beach club has its own pool & jacuzzi overlooking the beach w/ BBQ area, a very large kitchen,lounge, exercise room, showers, big screen TV,etc. all for your comfort at beachside. The exercise room has a large glass wall that looks onto the ocean and makes for an incredible exercising experience!

This large, quiet and spacious condo is able to sleep 6 because there is an alcove with a double sleep sofa, king sz bed in the master and queen sz.in 2nd bedrm. This is paradise. This expansive and well maintained resort was designed to blend with the exquisite nature that surrounds it.

Far from the maddening crowd lies Ponce Inlet. The condo is set on this lovely peninsula with much of the property a nature preserve. There is a charming marina flanking the property and the sunsets are breathtaking. Enjoy the bike and hiking trails and stop at some of the quaint marina restaurants or the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse which is the tallest in Florida. Fishing, water ferries, boating & a marine science center is at your finger tips. There is a community center w/ yoga classes, a playground, sm. dog park, basketball court and skateboard ramp.

The city of Port Orange is en route to Ponce Inlet. Port Orange only a ten minute drive from the condo is a wonderful town for shopping,dining, state of the art hospital and healthcare providers. There is a brand new huge Publix Grocery store, spectacular shopping districts, outlets and new theater complex.
If you want other culture and excitement you can take a beautiful coastal drive to historic St. Augustine in less then an hour. It is the oldest city in the USA, founded by the Spaniards in the 1600's. There is much to see so do your research and start out early. In addition, less then an hour south is the charming historic city of Winter Park. Quaint and steeped in history contrasts the trendy boutiques, eateries as well as the famous Morse Museum, that houses the world's largest collection of Louis Tiffany's art, line the lovely garden filled Park Ave. There are 2 bustling farmer's markets on the weekend as well as the Cornell Museum, Maitland Art Center and more which we are happy to provide more information on. Winter Park is a great town to stroll or hop on the hourly scenic boat ride that winds through the city's stunning chain of lakes and get an anecdotal tour of Winter Park's more famous lakeside residences.
