TOWERS at PONCE INLET BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT

This beautiful 1700 square feet, 7th floor (top floor), fully furnished, oceanfront condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps 6, and is situated on Ponce Inlet’s no drive beach. Being on the seventh floor, it offers a picturesque view of the ocean from the balcony on the one side and the Halifax River Inter-coastal Waterway and sunsets on the opposite side via the screened-in lanai. There are sliding glass doors to the ocean side balcony from both the living room and the Master bedroom.

The Master suite offers a King size bed, a TV, walk-in closet, and a bath with a Jaccuzi tub, separate walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bath with walk-in shower. Both bathroom vanities have been upgraded with granite.

The living room features a Queen-size sofa-bed and love-seat. The entertainment center includes an LCD TV, HD cable service, DVD player and stereo. Phone service is provided with free nationwide and Canada long distance. Wi-Fi Internet is available at a small charge.

The kitchen, upgraded with granite countertops, offers stove, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, other small appliances, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The dining room seats four but may accommodate six. The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer.

Amenities include a clubroom with card tables, pool table, library, LCD TV, DVD player, and full kitchen. Also included is a fully equipped Exercise room/gym, a tennis court, three pools with hot tubs and sunning area with lounges, chairs, tables, and umbrellas. One pool and hot tub are heated throughout the winter months. Reserved-space inside parking is provided in the parking garage under the building. The community is gated and has round the clock security guards.

We live at the Towers and will make arrangements to register you, get you a parking pass and gate codes prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, you can go directly to your condo and start enjoying your vacation. If any problems arise, we are here to take care of them.

Generally, minimum stays are 30 days but we will consider shorter stays. Please inquire as to rates.

You are very close to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, many restaurants, deep sea and dock fishing, canoeing, water park, turtle preserve, aviary, 20 minutes from the Daytona 500 Speedway, dog racing, one hour from Kennedy Space Center, and one and one-half hours from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and other Orlando attractions.
