Clean and rarely used condo with a spectacular southern exposure view of the Intracoastal waterway and ocean, nature, lighthouse, Sunrises, and our marina. Quiet building, large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Large living room with 2 large balconies.Corner unit with 270 degree views. Enjoy dining indoors or out. The Master suite has a walk in closet and two rooms for the bathroom and a balcony. Second bedroom is a smaller master suite with a private bathroom in your bedroom. We have a 3rd full bath and inflatable aero bed for additional guest. There is so much to love about this fully furnished condo. The extra bonus is the amenities featured in 5 star resorts. There is free golf, clay court tennis courts, multiple heated pools, including an ocean front pool and fitness center, sauna, private restaurant, private beach club, fitness center, fishing pier, boardwalk over nature and the nicest neighbors in town.
