Description of the Ponce Inlet vacation condo rental

This is a beautiful direct ocean front condo on a traffic free beach. Located in a seven story building, this fourth floor condo has been recently remodeled and features a new kitchen.

A balcony off the living room looks directly at the ocean and the master bedroom has large windows also overlooking the beach.

There is a large flat screen television in the living room and also both bedrooms have flat screens.

A large, heated pool which is sheltered from the wind makes swimming an option even when the weather is cool.

Area Information

Ponce Inlet is located approximately 10 miles South of the Main Street Pier in Daytona Beach. The area is known for being a "sleepy little fishing village" and is the home of the oldest working lighthouse on the East Coast. There are several wonderful restaurants in Ponce Inlet as well as fishing, boating, and surfing.

Disney World and all the other attractions in the Orlando area are within easy reach being about 60 miles from Ponce Inlet.

Perfect and Enjoyable!

If you want to wake up to the sunrise streaming in your windows....this oceanfront condo is for you! Located in Ponce Inlet, it is easy to get to, the building and grounds are nicely maintained and then you open the door to your "home away from home"! This condo is clean, charming and inviting. All the amenities that anyone could need are included! I have never used vrbo before and feel fortunate that we found this place for a quick week away. Jo is a great manager; everything was just as the website says and it was easy to conduct business from afar. We have already recommended this condo to friends and plan to return again! Thanks Jo!

This condo was even more than we could have ever expected!!! Jo was an absoulety fantatistic person to rent from.. Very organized and communicated well with a flawless rental experience. The unit was meticoulous and was exactly as described plus more. Very tastefully decorated with the beach theme and quite with the most awsome views of the ocean and the dolphins swimming right off the front of the balcony... Sit in the living room or lay in bed and listen to the waves, and wake to the most awesome sunrises and right out your balcony was of course the perfect no motorized beach. Look out your front dooor to magnificant views of the Intercoastal Waterway and breathtaking sunsets. Minutes to everything you could ask for in the Ponce Inlet and Daytona Beach area. Brand new state of the art kitchen with beautiful views of the ocean and beach while preparing meals. We truly felt like it was home from the minute we walked in. We recommend this unit for every possible reason you might have to be at the beach.... We most certainly will rent this unit again in the future. Thank you Jo for an absolutely wonderful experience. You can not go wrong with renting this unit from Jo...... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.......
