Located near the south end of the barrier island that makes up Daytona Beach, this tasteful Ponce Inlet home is located on a serenely quiet street, yet allows easy access to the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Daytona Beach.

The house is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, and has three bedrooms, and two full baths. The Master bedroom has its own private bath, while the other bath is just off of Bedroom #2 and #3, and also accessible from the pool deck. Comfortable Family room lies adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen.

Most rooms open onto the private pool. Beds include one king-size (Master Bedroom), one queen, and two twin beds. This home works great for a family or couple with visiting guests. The maximum adult occupancy is six persons. Maximum total occupancy is eight.

Area Information
Six miles of wide white sand beach (surveyed by beautiful Ponce de Leon Light House), and some of the best surf in the area lie less than a two minute walk out the front door - great for surfing, cycling, kayaking, jogging, walking, or just hanging out. Beach access is via a well maintained semi-private walkway. Access to Deep Sea Fishing and Flats Fishing is one mile south of the house, and also one half mile to the east.
