Beautiful, newly renovated, Oceanfront Home will have new third story. It will be closed mid Feb. to approximately mid June for renovations and addition. NEW third floor will include jacuzzi, Master Bedroom Suite with private bath, deck and ocean views; and second bedroom suite on third floor with living area, private bath and deck and ocean view here too. The second floor will boast a screened sleeping porch, deck off bedroom, and new kitchen, dining and living room with wonderful ocean views and electric fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, DW, blender, etc.; Laundry room-W/D, widescreen TV/DVD, beautiful Atlantic sunrises. Downstairs: large studio apartment with bathroom and kitchenette. King-size bed, single bed and sleeper sofa. Whole house has wifi-highspeed internet service, phone, central air/heat, grill, outdoor shower, private boardwalk to beach, boogie boards, fishing poles, etc. Wonderful old Florida style home with all the comforts needed for a great vacation sits atop a dune on a private Atlantic beach five miles from historic St. Augustine. We are members of Serenata Beach Club a few blocks north of us so renters have the option of joining for the week and using their 2 pools, (one is heated) jacuzzi and fitness room for about $170/week per family.

Area Description

Things to see' You are 5 miles from historic St. Augustine. The oldest city in North America has many wonderful old sites with guided tours, shops, museums, historic lighthouse and fort overlooking the bay. It has delightful shops of all sorts and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Sports: You are 15 miles to great golf courses: Sawgrass, Players Championship, new World Golf Village, etc. You are 3 minutes from 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis and a fitness center optional to our guests for $120/week per family. Five miles north is the Guana River State Park with trails, rivers, and lakes. Deep sea fishing charters are available nearby as well as boat/ jet ski rental and parasailing.
Other nearby tourist attractions: Marineland is about 25 minutes south. The Jacksonville zoo is 45 minutes north. DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, Sea World and other Orlando attractions are less than 2 hours away.
