Ocean front home on stilts. If you are looking for a beachfront home with crowded beaches then this
is Not!! the place for you. Great home for a family vacation where you have a private ocean setting.
10 minutes from TPC Golf course and Ponte Vedra Beach. 15 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.
House is 1 mile north of Guana Tolomato River State Park. Plenty of Fine restaurants right around
the corner. Guana is one of North Floridas finest fishing areas with trails for hiking and biking.
Plenty of parking available with spacious deck overlooking the ocean.
Ponte Vedra beach is just south of Jacksonville Beach and just north of Saint Augustine. home to great weather, fishing, golf and beaches.
