WaterColors is the ultimate vacation home for people who want the very best! With 5 bedrooms plus queen sleeper in the game room, and 3 baths, we can sleep 13. This direct ocean front house has fantastic views, a huge deck for entertaining, wonderful living space with walls of glass, enormous gourmet kitchen, elevator, and much more. On the main floor are two master suites, each with king beds and ocean views, a large open living - dining - kitchen area with comfortable furnishings and wide open spaces.

The kitchen is your dream! Brand new granite counters, top quality cabinets, stainless appliances, gas stove, and lots of storage, meal preparation becomes a delight! We have a cozy breakfast area, complete with views, in the kitchen.

The dining area has a large glass table and beautiful leather chairs with seating for 8. In the living area is a bar/game table with additional seating for four.

We have an elevator to carry people, groceries, and luggage from the garage to the upper level.

On the lower level is a large game room with pool table, sitting area, and sleeper sofa. We have three bedrooms on this level: one with a queen bed, one with two twins, and one with three bunks. We also have a covered porch off the game room, double garage, additional on site parking, and more.

There are televisions with DVD and/or VCR in literally every room: the living room, game room, and all five bedrooms. You will also find a DVD player, high speed Internet, fax/printer, free long distance service, all linens, beach equipment, games, movies, books, beach chairs, and more. You may never want to leave!

WaterColors is located in the perfect beach community: South Ponte Vedra Beach, a few miles south of Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville and a few miles north of historic St. Augustine. We are surrounded by single family homes and a few excellent restaurants. Our area is quiet, the beach is wide, sandy and car free, so you will have all the privacy you want. Yet, there are several excellent restaurants within two miles and many more in St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra.

If you tire of the beach, we have much more to offer. Many public and semi public golf courses are within a 15 minute drive, including the famous World Golf Village. All sorts of water sports are available; you can charter a deep sea fishing boat, rent a small boat for fishing in the Intracoastal waterway, go canoeing or kayacking, hang gliding, balooning, jet skiing and more.

Day trips are easy from our location. You can be in Orlando with its many attractions in 2 hours, Daytona Speedway in 1 hour, Cape Kennedy in 2.5 hours, or Marineland in 1.2 hours.

• Deposits: $500 refundable reservation/damage deposit per week or less to reserve the house. Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, assuming no problems.
   
• Other Fees: $200 fee per pet with signed pet agreement. This is a fee, not a deposit; and it is not refundable $200 - $250 cleaning fee. Pay $250 and do NO cleaning, or do minor tidying up (explained on rental agreement) and pay $200. $270 optional fee for membership at Serenata Beach Club
