Description of the Ponte Vedra Beach vacation townhouse rental

Take advantage of one of the lowest rates on the beach side of the Sawgrass Country Club. Owners used this townhouse as their primary residence for three years. Townhouse is located in the Deer Run Community, just a short walk or bike ride to the beach as is a community swimming pool.

Townhouse was completely remodeled in 2004 with granite, tile, hardwood floors, and a new kitchen which included custom built maple cabinets and new appliances.

Unit is very clean, with all kitchen amenities. This unit is an end unit with a vacant townhouse next door affording one total privacy. Unit faces due west which offers fantastic sunsets over the beautiful Sawgrass Country Club Golf Course from the very large screened in porch.
