Approx 20 feet from the deck of this beautiful home lies Lake Sutherland. Located 17 miles west of Port Angeles this 3 bedroom home sits on the sunny North shore of the Lake. The small gated community overlooks a vista of mountain ridges that are mirrored in the waters of the Lake. A shared boat launch allows easy access for launching a boat or watercraft. A private dock, that is a step away from the huge deck, beckons the most resistant to swim, fish or sunbathe. Enjoy Osprey, eagles, herons and good fishing or just read a good book while watching hummingbirds and finches flutter about. The large deck is complete with lawn furniture and gas barbeque. The firepit awaits a "Smore" evening after a full day of sightseeing or water activities.
Area Description
Just two miles away is pristine Lake Crescent and the Olympic National Park. Ocean beaches, Hurricane Ridge, Hoh Rain forest and many scenic sites that are easily accessible. Seattle/Tacoma area is 2 1/2 hours away by car (100 miles).
