Description of the Port Aransas vacation condo rental
PLEASE NOTE: PRICE INCLUDES 13% MOTEL TAX.
Two lazy boy rockers and a sleep sofa, plus dining table and four chairs furnish the main room. A galley style kitchen (with pass through window) is off the hallway leading to the bath and bedroom. Bedroom is furnished with two double beds (or a king and a twin), nightstand, chest of drawers and plenty of closet space. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen has full size appliances and is stocked with dishes, cookware, flatware, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave oven. Onsite laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Clean your catch in the fish house at the end of the parking lot. All in all it's a dandy place to enjoy your vacation. We take pride in offering a rental which is nicely kept up AND reasonably priced. We know the right folks will find us and everything will work out fine.
WELL MANNERED DOGS WELCOME. One time charge (per pet) of $25-$35 (depending on size) non refundable pet fee. Crates a must if dogs are to be left alone.
ATTENTION: ONE NIGHT RENTALS are ONLY available Sunday through Thursday and are charged at weekend rate.

Clean & Quiet

We spent 3 nights at the Beach Lover's condo with our 1 year old and pug. The condo was small, but VERY clean and stocked with all the necessities. We only wish the condo had Internet. The complex was very quiet and well maintained. We met several other people who lived/stayed there and they were very friendly. The bedroom had 2 full size beds and a dresser and we were able to fit all of our luggage and a pack n play in the bedroom too.

We had a fabulous time at this condo. A few minute walk from the beach, this condo had all we needed. It was spacious, clean and convenient. The owner was very friendly, it was the perfect getaway that we were looking for. Thank you, Bee Gee, we'll definitely be back!

Quaint Condo by the beach

Carol was extremely helpful and even offered a late check out. The condo was very tidy and had everything we needed (except paper towels and beach towels but we brought those). Pet Friendly was a huge plus, and the hose downstairs and/or the shower by the fish house were great for coming back from the beach. Very close walk to the beach. Go around the corner down anchor (through the cute neighborhood about 5 min) and walk pass the beach bar (which serves breakfast and drinks on the beach) and you are right on Port Aransas for a spectacular view of the sunrise. Horace Caldwell Pier is super close along with a ton of great restaurants and souvenir shops. (Bo Jons and Destinations are great souvenir places). (Beaches cafe, Fins, Shells, Coffee Waves, Kody's are all great places to check out nearby). I would definitely recommend this Beach Lovers condo to anyone that wants a place with a kitchen that's close to the beach for a reasonable price.

Nice Affordable Condo

We stayed at The Beach Lover's Condo for 3 nights and we arrived a little late on the first day, but Carol was very nice and left our key for us so we wouldn't have to wait for her when we got there. She also upped our condo to one with a King bed in it since it wasn't going to be in use during our stay. It was closer to the beach and all the town shops than I thought so everything was very convenient to get to. The condo had all the neccessities, though ours lacked a can opener (but we managed). It was very clean and they even had ratty towels to use for the dog. We accidentally left our dog's food and brand new container, and she said she'd donate it to the animal shelter. Overall, we had a very nice stay and had an enjoyable vacation while keeping to a nice budget.

Worked out Perfect for us

There were only three of us, so the size and location was perfect. It was small and dated but clean. We didn't spend much time there so the size didn't matter. Therefore, we were very comfortable and so was our pet. It sure was nice being able to bring him.

Unit 5, ground level, has everything you need; very comfortable, friendly neighbors. The barbq area needs an area to dispose hot coals, but two picnic tables are convenient. Close to beach, quick access to shopping, restaurants, grocery, Carole, managed our rental, was very accommodating, glad we were able to meet her. Had an enjoyable time! Pet friendly!u

Comfortable

Very comfortable with 2 lounge chairs and a couch. Two beds . The only problem was a squeaky bed. Well equipped for what cooking we did

I'll check them out next time I'm there and see if I can rectify the problem. Btw, I believe you left an orange Texas Longhorn billcap. I'd be happy to mail it to you, but I'd need to be reimbursed for postage and mailer. I believe I could use their smallest mailer box and it would cost around $4.75. If you'd like me to do that please let me know. If you don't I'll give it to my boyfriend who is a big longhorns fan :)

Confortable Home Like Island Condo

Terrific location to all things on the island. Quiet and friendly atmosphere with lots of good eating places close by. We stayed a week to celebrate wife's birthday. Carol is great to deal with and is quite a talent herself. We will visit this place again in the future.
